Five stars does not accurately explain how amazing this business is. I have been a customer for around 4 years now, and I will be until Dr. Carter leaves or retires. The way she runs this business, with Trudy’s help of course, is outstanding. The level of care, intuition and skill amazes me every time. The whole staff truly just wants you to look and feel your best. The prices are reasonable, and the service is always convenient— they always try to fit you in. Every appointment the staff goes above and beyond for their customers. I can recall a time when my car had needed jumped before my appointment. Not only was I running late, but I couldn’t turn my car off in fear of needed jumped again. I called in, and they were more than accommodating, going as far as watching my car while I was getting my filler haha! The most important part is not overlooked. Dr. Carter is truly a professional. She never disappoints me, and always understands my reservations and goals when I come in. Her work looks lovely on everyone, and is always a recommendation to my friends and family. Thank you for your incredible work and irreplaceable customer service!

I had a great experience at iAesthetic. My husband and I have come back 3–4 times now, which says a lot. We’ve done a range of procedures here, including scar removal with CO₂ lasers, other laser treatments, Botox, and laser tattoo removal, and every experience has been consistently excellent. Sarah is wonderful, she is very careful and always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable or if you need a break. She’s extremely informative and never pushes procedures, she gives you the information and lets you decide what feels right. She’s also very knowledgeable about different skin types, which I really appreciate as someone with pigmented, melanin-rich skin. The entire practice is incredibly clean, beautifully designed, and feels very luxe. Trudy at the front desk is also great, warm, professional, and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend iAesthetic.

I had such an amazing and relaxing session here. I forgot the young lady that worked on me but she was so professional. Ms. Trudy upfront is so kind and sweet. Sara is very knowledgeable in her field. Made another session before I left and I can’t wait to come back!

Dr. Carter is amazing. Gifted! The consultation was informative, focused, and clear. I knew and understood my treatment plan before leaving the appointment. She made me feel comfortable. There was an immediate trust as she is so intelligent and articulate. It is clear she loves what she does and she cares. I would have second mortgaged my home to get everything. She focused me and made recommendations to help me save money and offer the best result. She won't try to sell you something not needed. Dr. Carter is an angel and the office staff are also a reflection of her. The spa is beautiful as well. Great atmosphere. I will be a life long client.

Dr. Sara Carter and Jared are both very knowledgeable and work with what your goals are. The place is amazing and you feel pampered and well taken care of. They both answered all my questions and concerns. I did not feel at any point that they tried to push any treatments on me. I highly recommend!

Jared was amazing, he explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, prepared me for the procedure by explaining every step of the way. A great service! Coming from NYC I love this place. Dr Carter is so helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. We come here every time we visit my parents for various things.
