This team is awesome. I have been a patient for a number of years and I am treated like family. Thy, my primary PA is extremely thorough with all the exams and she always takes the time to explain and answer any questions I may have. Her attention to detail and proactive approach has proven to be extremely valuable in preventing further complications. These are very caring professionals at this office, you are not a number here.

Excellent care. My appointments are thorough and my questions are answered with care and concern. I have had numerous pre-cancer treatments at this practice and one skin cancer diagnosis for which I was sent to Pittsburgh to have removed. I appreciate the expertise at Dermatology Associates of Erie.

I’ve been a patient for nearly 8 years and made the decision to switch mainly because the receptionist lady at the front is so rude it’s actually JARRING. I have read other reviews regarding the unprofessional ZERO customer service skills or kindness that front desk lady shows. Rude and short on the phone, rude and short in person. doesn’t smile, rarely said thank you or please. That lady genuinely needs to find a new profession where she doesn’t have to interact with a clientele or public. I loved my PA, Lauren, and she will be deeply missed. But I could not continue my relationship with this business when that’s their first point of contact. quite a shame.

Chris Higley is amazing! She provides me with Botox services, she is always friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended Dermatology Associates of Erie and Chris Higley!

I love this office! I always receive a warm welcome and greeting when visiting or calling to setup an appointment. They take care of me, address my concerns, and help inform my continued care. Highly recommend!

I attempted to make an appointment at this office yesterday, October 17,2023. First of all the receptionist was rude, disrespectable and condescending. If your that miserable in your job, quit and find a new one. I was told that since I had not been there in six years, I was demoted to the bottom of the patient list and could not be seen until summer of 2024. She said I had cancelled an appointment 3 times in the past (no way). When I told her that I couldn't wait, she rudely suggested I call other dermatologists, go to an urgi-care, call my PCP or even go to Pittsburgh. Respect for patients is non-existent in this office. No worries, whoever you are, I won't be calling back ever again.

Just wanted to make sure I write to say how disgusted I am with this business. I have been a patient there for 20 years. Today I called because I was concerned about a mark I have and wanted to come in to have a screening done. I was told that because I haven't been to the office since 2012, I am considered a new patient and they are not accepting new patients at this time. I then called a different business (a business that is much more respected in the Erie area by the way) and they got me in to see them in the next 2 weeks. When I told the receptionist my experience I had just had she was shocked and said that they have patients who have been with them 35 years and no matter how infrequently they come in, they would never cancel them as a client. In the end, I am so happy I found a different doctor to give my business to- but I am so absolutely disgusted with how I was just treated as a 20 year client of this business. Look elsewhere for better care than this place. Also- I'm seeing on here one of their employees commenting due to the fact that this business is getting such terrible reviews from actual customers. One of her comments was there are 2 sides to every story? Let me make this perfectly clear....when you have to have an employee come onto google reviews to try and counter the onslaught of bad reviews- you are simply trying to save face. There isn't any 2 sides to my story....I was a 20 year patient and you told me because I hadn't been there since 2012 that my records had been destroyed and you weren't accepting new patients. THAT IS THE ONLY STORY. I was calling to have a screening done for a mark that I am concerned about that could potentially be cancerous and YOU decided I wasn't considered your client anymore. And when I called another local business and told them what had just happened to me they were appalled. So stop putting your employees on this feed to try and act like you aren't as bad as your reviews say you are. It's pathetic. Learn how to treat your patients with respect and dignity and maybe you won't have 1 star reviews across the board.
