CVS

Bad experiences from the start. I had to switch pharmacies due to Riteaid closing. They mixed 2 different medicines in the same bottle. We I called to inform them, they told me that they take pictures of everything so there is no way. I open the bag from them and immediately opened the bottle with no other medicines around me. I poured out the bottle and found that it was 2 different medicines and that the count was wrong.

Whoever decided you can't talk to a live person is brainless. I'm sure its corporate but frankly it makes it feel like CVS is the worst choice in pharmacy. Wouldn't be so bad if the robot refill system actually recognized when you have refills. Edit: By the way, when people ask for information on a new medication, on what planet is the acceptable response to just tell you to read the bag? Really instills confidence in this company.

Pharmacy at this location likes to play games with filling prescriptions at all, make you wait hours and give you the run around and tell then tell you, "it will be another 20-45 minutes, maybe never" then laugh in your face as if it's a God darn joke. Well let's see just how funny it is when I have my attorney file a heavy lawsuit for failing to fill it in a timely manner to never at all

I have had several issues with this location. From being ignored, rude employees, computer glitches with the script which I had to drive to the store to figure out what was wrong, all because NO one answers the phone. Leave a voice mail, no better. Today took the cake, a prescription was sent in for an inhaler, which counsel was requested, the tech told us to read the instructions. We were insistent the pharmacist counsel, she was worthless. All she did was get out the instructions and start to read them outloud... we left.

Employee directed me & searched for the items I wanted . The manager at checkout was Extremely helpful Thanks CVS!

Love their Extra Care card. Their CVS brands are equal to name brands and at lower prices.

Kevin tonight (12 July 25) gave us great service on a rush medicine. Then my wife called with a question later and the pharmacist called right back with great advice. Thank you so much!
