They made me feel comfortable and were attentive throughout the whole process. They followed up to check on my progress. The facility is clean and inviting. My results are phenomenal! Let me start off by saying I have been with them for almost a year, I have had a lot of work done by them and could not be more satisfied. Tera, Marti and grant are all amazing. Tera with the cool sculpting and em sculpting, Marti and the micro needling, grant being the owner have all been amazing and made me feel like family going in. They make you feel amazing when you go in and when you leave. This is the best place to go if you want to feel good about yourself and your body. I come from Ohio to see them for my work. I went to Cool Renew MedSpa for Emsculpt, and I had the best experience! First of all, the staff is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. Tera and Marti truly know the technology, and they stay with you for each 30-minute session. (I am really going to miss them)! Also, I can’t say enough about the results I’m seeing!! I’m only 3 weeks out from my first session, (I went for my glutes), and I cannot BELIEVE how strong I already look and feel! The best part is that I will continue to feel stronger and look more toned well after the treatments have finished.
