I have had the opportunity to see Dr. David Thomas twice in the last year and was very impressed with him and the staff at North County Dermatology Center. I thought he was kind, patient and professional during my appointments. He explains in detail what he is doing and why during the procedures which I really appreciate. His team made sure I was as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I found the office staff to be friendly and efficient. I was able to make appointments and get prescriptions with ease. Based on my two experiences so far I highly recommend.

Had a great first visit with Dr. Dupree and her staff. Short wait time and very attentive to my questions and concerns. I am looking forward to a long relationship with North County Dermatology Center.

Dr. Dupree is caring, always listening to my concerns about my skin. She is very knowledgeable about skin conditions. I always leave her office confident that she has treated my skin with care and has resolved any issues I have had. I now live in Arizona and will gladly drive 6 hours for her care!

This was my first visit. Prior to my visit I was reminded of the appointment via text which was very convenient. It gave me the time, and date, and the ability to opt out. That made me feel welcome and was very convenient. The receptionist, insurance manager, and attending nurse were very professional, accommodating, and warm. I waited less than 10 minutes before I was escorted to the back. Dr. Dupree has excellent bed side manner and it was obvious that she wanted to hear my concerns and solve my issue. She listened intently and gave me several options and helped me decide the best for me. I felt that she was on my side and that she would take as much time as necessary. After my exam and procedure the staff gave me follow up instructions. I am very satisfied, and if I ever need a dermatologist will only go back to see Dr Dupree.

Dr Burrows gets a five star review on all fronts. From the moment my appointment was made, everything ran like clockwork. When I arrived there was no waiting and imagine this, I actually was actually treated by the doctor, not a nurse practitioner. Rare these days. Dr Burrows was a joy. He was calm, conversational and made the experience overall enjoyable. His work was impeccable and all healed quickly. In just a couple weeks you can hardly see a mark. The office was great, the doctor was great. I'll definitely be back for regular checks. North County Dermatology has clearly earned my trust.

2023. Outstanding. My first visit with Dr. Dupree, but not my first visit to a dermatologist. I am a melanoma survivor. Thoroughly impressed. She did a detailed full-body inspection for any signs of pre-cancerous cells. Froze about 5 or 6 spots. Gave me a clean bill of skin health. Excellent attitude and patient interaction. I'll see her again in one year. 2025. Went for my regular check up a few weeks ago, and lo and behold, another melanoma. Small one on my shoulder. Dr. Dupree did an absolutely amazing job cutting it all out and stitching me up. It's a pretty long incision, but I don't think I'll even have a noticeable scar. Last week Dr. Thomas cut out a small basal cell on my cheek. Great job, got it all on the first shot. I'm absolutely sold on Dr. Dupree and Dr. Thomas. North County Dermatology is absolutely the best.

The office is very modern and organized. The staff is efficient and friendly. I waited only about 10 mins for my appointment to begin, and Dr Dupree and her assistant, Shannon, were kind, thorough and willing to discuss my concerns with open minds. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you
