Had a pleasant experience here. Bobbi MA and her team of front desk clerks were professional. Heather the nurse was fun, kind, and full of energy. She was pacing around me in the room absolutely motivated. Now Marissa PA-C, she's another story. She wears new balance shoes! So I am inclined to leave a bad review. 😆 But I won't pick on her for this...as it would be extremely unprofessional of me. However, she knows her job well, and I was honored to have met this awesome group of women and appreciate there assistance with this minor procedure. My only recommendation would be to offer small bottled waters to the patients. As it would promote the idea of happy and healthy skin! 🙂 Thanks Reflections Dermatology! Today, Alex was my provider and Deanna was my nurse. Bobbi and Deanna at the front desk were beyond professional at the reception desk. Both providers I have seen were extremely professional. The nurses are professional, and the front desk staff is extremely professional. Just an all around really good experience when I go to this clinic. And it keeps getting better! As far as a clinical team goes. Their the dream team! Thanks again Reflections dermatology! If I could give you all 10 stars I would! And just so everyone knows Marissa, one of their providers stopped wearing New Balances! So you best believe this clinic is improving!

The staff here are so nice! Alex the PA is awesome, he takes the time to get to know you and figure out what it is that is going on with you! The main Doctor there Jeff he’s also very nice and they don’t make you feel like they are pushing you out so quick like all the other doctors that I have been to. The nurses are also very friendly! I would refer them to anyone and everyone!!

We have been to all three locations. The best location is the Syracuse location by far. However, we have not come across anyone who was rude or unable to do their job. We have been going to these offices for over 3 years. Both my daughter and myself go.

Very positive experience here treating basal cell carcinoma with MOHs surgery. Everyone (from the receptionist to nurse to physician ) was professional, compassionate, respectful, and prompt. I would recommend Dr. C to anyone needing high quality care.

All staff that I have encountered are very pleasant. I have been going here for several years. I am now seeing Alex regularly, and he is very compassionate, makes sure all your concerns are addressed, and does not make the visit feel rushed like other offices I have been to. Very happy with this practice and their care.

i was due for annual skin check, with 2 cases of melanoma in my family, i need to get checked. the first visit was ok, the medical assistant was training someone and she was impatient and rude, but… i thought, anyone can have a bad day….. unfortunately i needed to cancel and rebook my new appointment ~ an endeavor that left me no choice but to decide not to go back to this clinic. the reception desk is understaffed or just plain inefficient, i called yesterday was put on hold or the line rang busy 3 times. today i was put on hold 4 times; i attempted to explain this was not a good practice and management needs extra staff if they are keeping patients waiting for 10+ minutes. i found her excuses and raised voice while i was talking impertinent and unacceptable. if you can get through on the phone and past the grumpy medical assistant, if you don’t mind inefficient unpleasantness then reflections might be for you, but i’m not going back and will share my opinion whenever asked.

Called to tried to make an appointment with a waitlist of at least 6 months and they refused to let me even schedule an appointment without providing insurance. I started a new job and my insurance hasn’t kicked in yet but it will by the time I am finally able to receive treatment. I have a chronic illness and both individuals on the phone were belligerently rude, unprofessional, and withholding medically necessary care. If you are attempting to receive quality care with professional staff you should absolutely NOT go here.
