My experience with CRS was excellent. My primary doctor was Dr. Baum who is friendly and funny but also knowledgeable, informative, and attentive. I consulted once with his partner Dr. Deboni after hours who offered to meet over the weekend to address my concerns, which I greatly appreciated. The procedure itself was quick, comfortable, and way less intimidating than I expected. The team checked in with me the entire time, made sure I understood what was happening, and kept the whole atmosphere calm and easygoing. The recovery was smooth, the incision is neat and minimal.. The facility was clean, organized, and on time, and the follow-up care showed they really care about their patients. If someone is nervous about getting a lipoma removed, especially in a noticeable place like the neck, I’d absolutely recommend going here. They made the entire experience—from consult to healing—honestly fantastic.

Dr. Deboni came highly recommended by my primary care physician, and this was my first time having plastic surgery. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and its entire staff. In a time where, as patients, we are told we need to advocate for ourselves; asking thorough questions managed to be classified as ‘expectations’ when that isn’t the case. Dr. Baum, and his staff are a professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He and his nurse practitioner Liz are wonderful. They answer questions readily and never appear to be in a hurry.
