When I called to make an appointment, the employee scheduling me was very kind and patient. I needed to check my calendar and she was very nice to wait as we went over different times and dates available. The receptionists at the office are so nice and it doesn’t feel fake at all. They seem genuinely happy to be there and happy to help. Dr.Theroux has a great presence about him. I felt safe and well cared for. We take our children to him as well. Very professional and caring

From check in through check out the staff was wonderful. Dr Baltz was great. She explained everything and answered questions making it feel like I was her only patient for the day.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my dermatologist Dr. Steven Krueger, MD. He is truly the definition of a professional — knowledgeable, ethical, and patient-focused. When it comes to treatments like Botox or filler, he never pushes or pressures. Instead, he offers honest, thoughtful advice and always prioritizes what is best and most natural for me. Beyond his skill and expertise, he has a genuinely warm and friendly manner that immediately puts you at ease. There is a kindness and care in the way he practices that is rare and deeply appreciated. In many ways, he reminds me of my own son, who is a very caring surgeon — the same integrity, compassion, and commitment to doing what’s right for the patient. I am incredibly grateful to be in such capable and trustworthy hands.

The assistant was very personable, receptive to hearing my concerns and seemed genuinely engaged in why I was there. The provider was so knowledgable, professional and relatable. She too seemed to genuinely care for my health and the best possible outcome of care.

Dr Julia Baltz MD, FACMS, performed MOHS surgery on my nose in December 2025. The entire staff was outstanding in their care and attentiveness. Dr. Baltz performed an OUTSTANDING job and I cannot provide any higher praise. Thanks for a superlative job!!

This was my first experience with a dermatologist and from the moment I walked in the door the experience was top notch. My NP, Laura was personable, easy to communicate with and well spoken when explaining what was going on, what to expect and next steps!

I saw Dr Lynn Iler for mole removal. She had clear, concise communication. She talked me through procedure. Very fast less than 5 mins it took her and the procedure didn’t hurt one bit! Answered all my questions and was very intelligent well rounded provider. She calmed down my nerves about potential results. She was kind and considerate and took her time so I did not feel rushed. Explained after care with me. Would go back to her in a heart beat! Front desk staff was phenomenal as well, fast and willing to help! Always go back to them and have the best experience.
