Dr. Chang is the ultimate professional. She takes the time to address all my concerns, explain the procedure, and is an expert in her field. Her kindness immediately puts me at ease when I walk into her beautiful office. I trust her with all my dermatology needs and highly recommend her.

My experience with the Rhode Island Dermatology Institute with Dr. Chang was exceptional. Upon noticing a spot of concern on my shoulder, I booked an appointment. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Dr. Chang was able to provide a full dermatology exam from head to toe, a biopsy of an area of concern and freeze off a spot with liquid nitrogen in one visit. She answered all of my questions with a smile and even offered a coupon for a medication. I feel lucky to have found her and will be seeing her annually moving forward. I highly recommend visiting her office if you have any skin concerns.

Dr Chang is the real deal. I go for laser hair removal, and she does a fantastic job. She is trustworthy and level headed. I highly recommend Dr. Caroline Chang.
