MinuteClinic at CVS

Walked in on 1/13 at 3:50 PM for my toddler’s appointment. After I arrived and informed the staff member that I was there for my toddler, she stepped outside. About five minutes later, I was notified that my appointment had been cancelled. Do not go here if you are bringing your child. I do not recommend this place. The staff member was rude and made comments about having "a lot of patience" right in front of us, even though there was only one person ahead of us and the TV showed we were next.

Walked in at 1:10 on Dec 30th, no appointment. Out by 1:30. Donnie asked what I was there for, and after I described my symptoms, he insisted that he take care of me right away. I got my diagnosis and was on my way. Great service, my regular clinic couldn't get me in until the following week, and it would have been a miserable week waiting. Thanks Donnie.

Waited for customer service at self check out to put down her phone & come help me out>> wanted to join rewards & needed help. After holding up the line "customer assistance is needed"; I was embarrassed & moved to the next registrar instead where I bought a bag of M&Ms deciding CVS is not for me. In theory the Minute Clinic seems like a novel idea; 2 hour + waits certainly are not for me either. In all fairness... I did not have an appointment.

$655 for a flu and Covid vaccine. They didn’t tell us they would be out of network, and refused to let us pay their cash pay rate when we were told they aren’t. If we walked in and paid pay cash it would have been half as much. Will never again so much as look at another MinuteClinic.

I get meds at cvs at Johnny cake. The pharmacy staff are wonderful all the time. They are thorough, patient, graceful under pressure and work their butts off.

This provider told me my visit was covered fully under insurance. A month later I get a bill for 200$ LOL So, she straight up lied to my face. Avoid this shady establishment.

This place does not care about kids, they tried to avoid them. I literally waited an hour for my toddlers turn, just for them to cancel the appointment. How does such place work like this. Shame!!!
