Setting up an appointment was painless and I didn't experience any issues with the front desk staff, as others have noted. However I felt my appointment with Dr Morrell was extremely rushed. I was in the room for maybe a whole 5 minutes with her. It was almost offensive, for how much I'm paying out of pocket for this visit. Every question I asked her, she had a textbook definition and spoke very fast. I had a few questions regarding other spots on my skin, as I had never been to a dermatologist before and wasn't sure how to proceed or if I should be worried about them. She glanced at each one for .5 seconds, spewed off the term of it and kept trying to end the visit as fast as possible between each question. She lacked personable skills and showed very little care as a provider. I am returning however, with a new doctor and hopefully will have a better experience next month.

Had a really great experience! The ladies at the front desk were super friendly, and I really enjoyed that they had the space decorated for fall and Halloween. I met with Jen, just to talk about skin care and aging, and she answered all my questions, as well as had good recommendations to give on skin care options - and I appreciated she only suggested things she has used and tried herself, rather than trying to push products.

I haven’t been to the dermatologist since high school…. It’s been a LONG time. The experience felt comfortable and safe. Their team was kind and helpful.

Really bad experience!!! Scheduled a preventive care appointment. Had an preventive care appointment with the doctor but was charged for a new patient office visit even no one informed me about it. If you have certain rules you need to let patients know about it up front. Really bad communication from the clinic.

I saw Dr. Morrell for a routine dermatologist check on various 'bumps'/itchy areas. As others have said, it was nearly a '60-second look'. Even more shocking, I only received a waist-up skin exam. I have a friend (radiation oncology resident) who passed away from cancer that arose on the lower portion of his body. WHY wouldn't a dermatologist want to exam the entire patient? I'm a veterinarian--Dr. Morrell's exam is akin to me only examining the 'front half' of a dog!! I just received a bill for my $45 co-pay. I'm considering remitting $22.50 now and offering the remainder if Dr. Morrell would like the opportunity to do a complete exam. If the office staff read this, please share this with Dr. Morrell and let me know what she thinks.

Ive been going to Dermatology Consultants in Eagan for over 15 years and have always been impressed with the quality of care, but also the wonderful staff at the front desk who handle all appointments and follow upon information. They truly care about the patients who come there and are sympathetic to peoples skin conditions respectful of each persons privacy while being warm and caring for each one. Tammy is a standout among all the great staff and is exceptional in her handling of patients and really makes you feel valued as a client.

Putting the 2 second appointment experience aside, they are now scheduling appointments under my name and number that I am not scheduling. Have had to cancel 2 of them and the scheduling department didn't have any solutions to it besides "they are probably scheduling the wrong person".. definitely not an okay business practice.
