NO STAR if possible This dermatology clinic is the worst medical clinic I have been I am a medical professional as well and Dominique B. NP was rolling her eyes several times acting annoyed as I was answering her questions and giving my history She told me that she will not know if any skin appearance looks cancerous or suspicious for Ca unless biopsy is done. Unbelievable, I'm sure they don't biopsy everyone walking in door I was also asking for a letter for my workplace so they can provide me nitrile gloves to lessen my allergic reaction to skin, the clinic said, just ask my general primary MD to do it for me Im like, that's what I came for and I already paid $65 for the visit Unprofessional, incompetent doctors and NP Don't waste your time and money here

I've been to the office twice. Everyone associated with island Dermatology are very nice. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken in for my appt I highly recommend this practice for your dermatology needs.

Island Dermatology is wonderful mainly due to our experience with NP Cecilia Ann. She was personable, thorough and ensured my child received the care he needed.

The girls at the front were really sweet but don't know how to verify insurance, was told it was inactive and had to pay out of pocket. Dominique, the NP that saw me laughed at my acne scars and insinuated that I wouldn't be able to afford medication. Was able to make a same-day appointment at H dermatology in Cerritos and luckily they were able to verify my insurance (it was active). If you have a PPO or you're able to help it, don't go here.

Just to make an appointment or call regarding the appointment will take more than 30mins or more. Seems like nobody works there. Its soooo difficult to get hold of anybody. Its sooo frustrating. Still on hold btw while writing this. Update: Finally got hold of someone after 55mins of waiting and with an attitude! The nerve of this people. They act like you owe them for some reason. I really am wondering what really is going on for someone to take that long to answer. The response is to call them for a detail and gave the same number I called that had me waited for almost an hour?! Really?! You are kidding right?! They really dont want to resolve any issue. They dont care.

I absolutely love this place! Dominique is truly extraordinary. She is incredibly sweet and caring, always attentive to everything. You can genuinely feel her dedication to her patients. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate her kindness and compassion.

Awesome people. Amazingly fast and efficient, competent at what each does, and organized in giving it to the public. The reason for only four stars is one out of five prescriptions sent to the pharmacy had everything needed to get it filled, and when the pharmacy called and faxed, they told me, for seven straight days, no one responded, so they put my prescriptions on hold and after nine days they still aren't filled. That is my experience with phoning, too. You get voicemail and then nothing.
