Dermatologist in Downey

The absolute worst and most unprofessional place I've ever been referred to. Not only did I have to wait almost three weeks for a "phone consultation", Dr. Ram called me TWO hours before my appointment time when I was at work. I tried to call back three times , no answer. I then tried to call the office and no one seems to have any idea of what's going on and stated that they could not reach the doctor. They said that they would leave a note for him to call me at my actual appointment time, like he should have done in the first place. I never got a call. I waited THREE weeks just to be dismissed and blown off by this extremely disorganized and unprofessional place. I have never has such a bad experience trying to see a doctor in my life. I'm so disappointed. Making sure I call my insurance to NEVER send me here again. If I could give this place and DR. Ram ZERO stars I would. Do not waste your time of money here!

I had really bad acne on my back, chest and whole face thanks to this Doctor my acne is pretty much gone. Im very thankful
