Dermatology and Skin Health of Dothan

First time visiting a skin doc. Called yesterday and was able to get an appt for today, outstanding! This place was very clean and pleasant. The ladies working the front desk were courteous and helpful. Ms. Kelli Heer, upon meeting for the first time was very friendly, great "bedside" manner. Great at small talk also. She took care of the cyst on my back in no time. Thank you Ms. Kelli. Also Candice the lady assisting was very friendly and thoughtful when getting me ready for the procedure. Even made an appt to go back and have myself checked out.

Oct 2025- Dana Culpepper is FANTASTIC!!!!! I never felt ANYTHING! ❤️🙏 I will always come to her as long as she is here!!!! The staff are all super sweet also!!! 🌼💜 Love the nice girl up front with the cool keyboard. Dr. Tamburine is GREAT!

I have been a patient of Kelli Heer for over 2 years. She diagnosed my cancer and referred me for radiation. She is outstanding! She is such a caring person, always exhibits an infectious beautiful smile, such an encouragement and so dedicated to her patients, their care and needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Al of her staff are great, too.

I’ve been seeing Kelli Heer, PA, for my eczema, and she has been an incredible help. She is very personable and knowledgeable. But what stands out to me most, is that she dives deeply into asking how flare-ups are affecting my work, sleep, and quality of life, which shows she cares about putting her patients first and finding solutions that maximize their quality of life. Additionally, her team is diligent and timely about getting new treatments approved by my insurance. I highly recommend her!

Unfortunately did not have a good experience at this clinic. Dr spent a total of nine minutes in the room. Gave a blanket prescription without going into detail. No recommendations as to skin care or how to proceed, just weeks of medication topically and orally that as a 45 year old woman who had been in the healthcare field for over 20 years found to be just lazy medicine. In all of 15 seconds she told me the marks were not skin cancer and I guess that should be good enough. Will not recommend them to anyone I know and I will make sure that the military side knows that her, along with many other physicians in the area feel like they can do as they please because insurance will reimburse them. We are not checks, we are people

I’ve only been once so far, but at this point I am highly impressed. Everyone I have encountered there was extremely nice and helpful from the front staff all the way to the messaging system on their site. The wait time was not bad at all, especially with the amount of other patients there waiting to be seen. I was highly impressed with Dr. Tamburin. She is exactly what I looked for in a doctor. She was straight forward and to the point, addresses my concerns in a direct manner while teaching me in a way. She explained her plan of action and why. She was thorough and I look forward to going back.
