I visited today, and it was a truly remarkable experience. Alex immediately greeted me at the door. The ambiance was very relaxed and welcoming. Delina, the specialist, was able to continue caring for me. She is very knowledgeable. Her ability to listen to my needs and provide advice on how to take care of my facial skin was impressive. I would highly recommend to anybody who's interested un doing some self care.

Hands down one of the best aesthetic teams in Denver! Anna, Delina and Daniella are all so beyond knowledgeable and amazing aestheticians. I truly feel clients could see any of the providers and be in good hands. The front desk are all so kind and accommodating as well. I’ll miss you guys 🩵

Had a great experience my first time at Skin Laundry. I booked the promotion Signature Laser Facial to help with my hyper pigmentation. Also got the Illuminator serum to help with dark spots. My skin feels so refreshed and feels so smooth. My treatment went well and I could see a difference in lightening those spots. Thanks to Maria and Anna for being so informative on all the treatment options. I will most certainly be back.

I absolutely love coming here and the results I’ve been getting from their laser facials! The intro deal was impossible to pass up and I was hooked after my first session with Anna. Immediate glow that I look forward to every month and it seems to burn off all the bacteria in my face, helping with the work I’m doing getting extractions from my other facialist! I’m so happy with how my skin is looking and feeling and it’s so worth it.

I was super excited to try out this place after I had been seeing the advertisements all over my Facebook and Instagram and as I love memberships to Spa experiences, I thought that this might be a really good fit for me. I had an appointment today at 12:30 and I got a reminder text prior, which was great. The text noted that there was ample parking around the streets and parking garage however when I got there, I had to park on the fifth floor and by the time I made it down to the reception area it was 1234. There was a person in front of me checking out and by the time I was up to the computer, It was 1236. I let them know my name and that I was there for my 1230 facial and that parking was a bit of a pain, they said that they only have a five minute grace period and that they couldn’t accommodate me until 115. I definitely understand and respect a business trying to stay on track however, I was certainly there within the five minute grace period and I had another commitment at 1:30 making 1:15 not feasible for me. I can definitely see why this business has been trying to push ads to get customers and however, it seems like their current business model was not accommodating at all. I will not be rescheduling with this location and if I choose to go forward and try out this company overall I will be selecting a different location, even if it means a further drive.
