Denver Health Dermatology

I am a patient of Dr. Hailey and while her care is worth 5 stars, the clinic is worth 0. I have recurring skin concerns and came to her with a referral from my primary to establish care. After going in circles to get a second appointment scheduled with her for the same skin concerns, the appointment center called me back to inform me that my appointment needed to be cancelled because I need a referral. It is ridiculous to require a referral when I have already gone through that process and established care for a recurring issue that is time sensitive. If this is how Denver Health chooses to treat their patients, I will be happy moving my family and myself to other practices. Would highly recommend finding care elsewhere for anyone that is on the hunt for a dermatologist.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Pamela M McWhirter, NP for my appointment at Denver Health Dermatology, and found that she was extremely PATIENT, KIND and KNOWLEDGEABLE. She listened carefully to all of my concerns and went above and beyond to educate me on all of the options available to me. This has sadly not always been my experience in settings such as these and I appreciate the care she put into the consultation as well as the time she devoted to me. Thank you again for your assistance during a difficult time as I work through skin issues I have never encountered before. I appreciate your help and compassion, and commitment to helping your patients feel seen and heard. It matters.

Denver health really comes through when other clinics don't accept your health insurance. Just 2 weeks ago I went in for botox and everything went well. Today I get a call from the nurse that they are no longer providing that service because they don't have any providers and they have to cancel my appointment. I wish they would've talked to me about that at the appointment and let me know. Now, off to find another clinic.

Fast and efficient. Doctors are very nice and they are always on time.
