The front desk staff and medical assistant were very efficient and kind, and the visit itself was well organized. I have had long-standing acne and came in hoping to discuss Accutane, especially since I have a limited window of insurance coverage and has tried numerous treatments. I was told by PA Kaitlen that Accutane "only works for about 40% of patients" and was discouraged from pursuing it, which is statistically inaccurate. While I understand providers have different treatment approaches, I felt my goals and time-sensitive insurance concerns weren’t fully addressed and heard. I was encouraged to try spironolactone and chemical peels despite explaining that I did not want long-term oral medication management. This office may be a good fit for others, but it wasn’t the right fit for my needs. If you’re looking for isotretinoin, this practice is not for you…

Dr. Mancuso is very fast, effective and educated! PA, Kaitlin, really took the time to answer all of my questions and listened to my concerns. Been here 3 times and always positive experiences! Highly recommend!

My experience at this office was wonderful! From the front desk staff to the medical assistant and the doctor, everyone was so welcoming. I felt comfortable the entire time — it almost felt like home, just with the care of a doctor’s office. I would highly recommend this place!

Dr Rubin is an amazing dermatological surgeon! Very caring / explains everything in full detail . His MA Paula soooo sweet and caring as well. They both made a scary procedure go great !! I highly recommend him!!! Dr Rubin deserves 10 stars !!

Very nice facility... appointment was on time..staff was friendly and the doctor listened attentively to my problem and prescribed very helpful ointments that helped greatly. I will definitely make this my go to dermatologist.
