Schweiger Dermatology Group - Delray Beach

I would give 0 if I could. I was seen in their Delray office for a nail condition. I had an idea of what I had but hadn't been formally diagnosed. This condition is VERY rare and luckily have since found good Doctors and Nurses to treat me. Their NP was convinced I was biting or clipping my nails too short, intentionally keeping them at a painful length and suggested I contact PSYCH DR for the pain and anxiety/OCD. I agreed to try a medication that would counteract picking at my nails to prove that is not the cause. The issue did not subside. I asked for a second opinion from someone else in the practice. By this point I had spent hours researching the nail condition PIU. It was virtually unheard of, yet the practitioner came in, and said she had seen PIU Nails before. She asked if my pain was at the top corners of my nails and when I said the whole tips of my fingers hurt, she said I should try and from my nails out because I'm just keeping them too short. They made me feel like I was self harming myself to cause my fingers pain to get pain relief. They really looked down their noses in a time when I needed help and a diagnosis, not judgement- AND WRONG AT THAT!

I started with ClearlyDerm and was very happy, the office staff was great and the level of care by the doctors & team was excellent. Since Schweiger took over it’s a nightmare! When calling to make an appointment you get an AI/virtual answering service. After giving all your information you are re-directed to a call center (based on my experience) I think it’s in India!)! This is the worst practice and as soon as my issue is resolved I will be looking for another dermatology practice! Stay away!!!

Worst place ever I made an appointment the day before got a confirmation email same day as well. Upon arrival the next day All the lights are shut. Doors are locked, but the parking lot has cars . Im assuming most likely it’s the staff inside. I knocked and no one answered . I was literally two minutes late because I got lost. I received an email Literally a minute prior to me, pulling in stating that my appointment was canceled with no explanation.That is very unprofessional. I should’ve known Seen the red flag when no one called to confirm the appointment very distasteful and I really Was looking forward to this appointment. As I’m sitting in the parking lot i see the staff sneaking out the back door and is waiting for me to leave. I was literally running two minutes behind schedule. I would not recommend this place at all very unprofessional

The Delray facility is clean, modern and efficient. I like the make over with the new corporate logo. Most of all , Dr. Shediak is a talented and emphatic doctor. You need to duplicate her.

Always love our checkup with Dr Chediak. She is always so thorough and is concerned with making sure we that we do any necessary follow up care. The office also offers sunscreen products that are terrific!

The doctor really knew his stuff and the nurses were great before and after surgery. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

This place went downhill now that it's not Clearlyderm. I have to talk to AI when I call or they transfer me to offshore help. They never sent my prescription to Walgreens and still havent got what I needed. Delray is a small city and you offshore your front desk help? Yea...not going to last
