My partner had a very bad experience with a vender & the company wasn't very helpful. They lure you in at an event telling how wonderful it is. Before you realize you are being charged $10,000.00 for a hand held skin care device. Buyer beware. Virtually no paper work. The web site say 30 money back guarantee? Don't believe it. They may do very well at spa treatments at the store. Not going to question that. Don't get caught signing on the dotted line for something you have Not had time to research.

Was pulled into this shop to try a gimmick of an eye cream that I vaguely remember trying before in the past. The salesman (who happened to be the manager) was extremely aggressive and quiet rude when I ultimately decided not to purchase the overpriced product. Had he not been so rude I would not have written this review about the "service" and the product he was trying to sell me After going home and searching my past purchases in Gmail I found that I tried the CBgärdn Eye Serum in the past. When I first started using it, I was expecting noticeable results based on all the hype and demonstrations, but honestly, it’s more marketing than skincare. The serum does have a slight tightening effect the first time you use it, but that’s temporary, it’s mostly due to film-forming ingredients that create a superficial "lift" on the skin. The effect disappears within a few hours, especially if you touch your face or apply makeup. For $300+, I expected real, lasting improvement in firmness or under-eye texture, but there’s no evidence that this serum changes collagen, elasticity, or reduces fine lines in any meaningful way. The long-term benefits are minimal and could easily be achieved with much more affordable products. Better, cheaper alternatives that actually support under-eye skin health: CeraVe Skin Renewing Eye Cream ($24.99) - Hydrates, supports the skin barrier, plumps the under-eye area over time. CeraVe Vitamin C Eye Cream ($17.88) - Brightens and smooths, with antioxidant protection. RoC Retinol Correxion Eye Cream ($21.99) -Gradually reduces fine lines and improves firmness. Peter Thomas Roth Instant FIRMx Eye ($38) - If you want a temporary "instant tightening" effect without breaking the bank. In short, CBgärdn is overpriced and delivers mostly temporary, superficial results. Stick with budget-friendly, dermatologist-recommended alternatives for real, long-term improvement. I wished I found more reviews telling me about this product before I purchased it for $300 but this terrible experience at this shop in Delray reminded me and I hope this review saves you from purchasing that gimmick of an eye cream from that rude snake oil salesmen at this shop.

That place is a scam. Don’t buy anything there. The staff are extremely pushy, trying to force you into purchases and getting aggressive about it. When they realize you’re not going to buy anything, they become rude. They pushed me into buying a cream I didn’t even need I just wanted to get away and even that wasn’t enough for them. Then they tried to pressure me into buying a "$5,000 red light machine," supposedly discounted from $10,000, even though you can get the exact same thing anywhere for around $100. People, contact your bank and dispute the charge. Get your money back. They operate like a mafia. And if you ever walk near that place, don’t take a sample that’s how they pull you into the scam.
