Miguel Mascaro, MD

Dr. Mascaro is phenomenal. I had a facelift, fat grafting, rhinoplasty, and CO2 laser under the eyes, and the results are beyond what I hoped for — I still look like me, just 15 years younger. He was patient, did four consults to ease my nerves (this was my first surgery ever), and made both me and my family feel completely comfortable. Traveling from MA to FL was worth it a thousand times over. At 45, he gave me back confidence I thought I’d lost forever. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Go to him, you'll be beyond happy you did!!

This review is long overdue (no rhyme intended). I wanted to ensure my initial positive impressions weren't solely due to post-operative swelling. Now that the swelling has subsided, I am thrilled with the outcome of my procedure. Dr Mascaro is a remarkable surgeon. So talented! When you meet him in real life, he doesn't amount to much because he's unassuming... He's a rather petite guy with very skinny legs (jealous!), and yet, even though he doesn't have an imposing physical presence, he's very powerful. My sister-in-law, who had a facelift four years ago with another surgeon at three times the cost, did not achieve the same excellent results that I have. Now all of my friends and relatives want to consult with Dr Mascaro. He took at least 10 years off of my face. I genuinely think he is great. I took a leap of faith because I know there were a couple of negative reviews and some women were very unhappy with their liplifts (and my heart goes to them, I'm not trivializing their problems), but I'm glad I chose him. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He is the spitting image of a high-school friend of mine who was an eccentric nerd and socially awkward and who is now an astrophysicist. I guess geniuses tend to have the same type of appearance?

I waited nearly 2 years for my procedure and flew in from New York, and I can confidently say it was worth it! From start to finish, the experience with Dr. Mascaro and his team was truly five-star. The staff was incredibly warm and made a nerve-wracking experience feel easy and calm - even enjoyable? I had a bad surgery experience in the past, so I was hesitant, but this changed my perspective. What stood out most to me was his straightforward and honest approach, no fluff, no confusing talk, just clear communication and professionalism from the start. That gave me a strong sense of trust in him and his work. I also want to thank his team, they were incredibly responsive and kind, always getting back to me quickly with answers to my questions. That kind of communication really helped me feel safe and supported throughout the process. I would definitely consider returning for future treatments.

Dr. Mascaro performed a hairline lowering and brow lift on me 8 months ago and truly increased my confidence. Before my procedure, I had so many hairstyles that were off-limits due to the size of my forehead, and would spend a lot of time hiding it. The entire surgery experience was VIP-level seamless, and I was relaxed knowing I was in good hands. Dr. Mascaro’s incisions are so clean they leave barely any scar which is important for a procedure like this one. Most importantly, he has an artistic eye and will choose what is best for your face as a whole. As a physician myself, Dr. Mascaro has my highest recommendation.
