Shana was truly amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made sure I was comfortable, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and about making sure her clients are happy with their results. I left feeling confident and really happy with how everything turned out. The results were exactly what I was looking for — very natural and well done. I felt listened to and well taken care of the entire time. I know people sometimes get nervous after reading online reviews, but everyone’s experience is different, and mine was a very positive one. I would absolutely come back and would request Shana again without hesitation. If you’re considering Delray Medspa, I’d definitely recommend giving it a chance.

cannot say enough amazing things about this med spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable they made me feel completely at ease. I booked a facial and it was hands-down the BEST facial I've ever had. My skin has never looked or felt better glowing, hydrated, and so smooth. The esthetician took her time, customized everything to my skin’s needs, and explained each step, which I really appreciated. It was equal parts relaxing and results-driven. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and so confident in my skin. If you’re thinking about treating yourself, do it you won’t regret it. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

I’m writing this review on behalf of the "work" I saw done on my best friend. We’ve had Botox injections for years and I’ve never seen anything quite like what they did to her. Her forehead had lumps and bruises all over; it looked completely botched. I was with her when she called a week later concerning an additional charge she received after this appt and the money was not reimbursed. Hate to see anyone else go here and be as disappointed as she is. I’m glad I canceled my appt.

I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment just to end up with a huge bruise on my forehead and eyebrows that looked like the McDonald arch!! I specifically explained my biggest concern is making sure my eyebrows don’t spike. They most certainly did! I had to go somewhere wise to get them fixed!! Then I noticed they charged me an additional 37$! When I had called about the charge I never signed for they said they add a "tip" to their service. I never write reviews especially bad ones But I tell everybody not to go here. I’m so besides myself with the audacity this place has

after three months of hassling these people to rightfully refund the money they had taken from my Groupon, i wrote a one star review and i finally got a call back. they asked me to take down my one star review in exchange for getting my money back. it makes me wonder how often they have had to do that, and i question the ethics of it.
