Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars, this is the worst practice I’ve encountered. My son went in initially regarding his eczema he has had really bad flare ups. She prescribed him topicals however when we came back for a follow up appointment we talked about an alternative treatment which was injections. She prescribed him the injections and he was doing great. Fast forward it was time for me to call for his injections to get sent to the house and the company explained to me I would need to see the dermatologist because it has been 6 months so in order to continue treatment she would need to approve it. Mind you she doesn’t take his insurance anymore so I have to pay 75$. I called them to make an appt and they told me the same thing okay cool. My mom brings my son to the appt and she is rude to my mom then proceeds to say he hasn’t even did the allergy panel test which was already done months ago. If he needed all this why wasn’t this expressed to me before? Why didn’t yall set a follow up appt after our last time seeing the doc. My son hasn’t had an injection in 3 weeks and it’s beginning to affect him she never even came in to take a look at this skin or face. I don’t know if it is all the Botox and fillers she keeps putting in her face botching it up or what but her behavior was very unprofessional and rude. Please run as far away as you can from this practice. Her skin is botched with fillers and she is scary looking I wouldn’t trust any skin advice from that she doesn’t even love her original face. SMH

I had an excellent experience at Dermatology Specialists of Atlanta. The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The office was clean, well-organized, and efficient. I truly appreciate the level of care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dermatology services.

I had an appointment with Dr. Smith for a skin issue which she recommended a medication for, however. I didn’t felt satisfied after my fourth visit with her. I felt like she’s always in too much rush at all times and she fails to provide adequate information about my skin conditions or even to explain about the treatment she’s prescribing to me and what to expect from using them or if there’s any side effects to using them. my condition has became worsened overtime after seeing her already and she’d recommended me some skin and scalp medications to use which I had been using for over six months yet, my condition only became worsen overtime. I eventually had to return back to her and she was only quick to recommend a different medication that she said was new on the market and very pricey too. I’m not satisfied with her service at all!

My son's pediatrician referred us to this dermatology office and I wish they hadn't. They will not share the test results for a biopsy. The mole is already removed, so it's not like I can go to a better dermatologist now to find out if my child has cancer or not. I received a surprise bill from them well after the visit and haven't been able to pay it yet. Its possible they are holding the biopsy test info hostage until they get their money. If so, its unethical of them. I would discourage anyone from visiting this office. Their waiting room is uncomfortable, the examination room was dinge and cramped. There is nothing positive I can say about my experience with this place.

Miss diagnosed after being seen and issue has gotten worst. Will not correct diagnosis without a fee. Doctor did skin graph, which was rushed and not done properly. Now I have a scar on my arm from a misdiagnosis of a skin graph that was taken. No longer takes insurance nor referrals. Every person there had an attitude and poor customer service. Kate was the worst and the appoint setter was no better upon initial answer of the phone. I believe Kate is not the manager but played like one to get me off the phone because I had several questions. She answered all questions in a dismissive tone and interrupted me during a follow up question. She refused to let me speak to the director or provide information to contact the director to report her and the appointment setters interactions during my numerous calls. Therefore, I have to go up to the office to get records because they neglected to place them on the portal like I asked last time.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff and Dr Kathleen all were very professional and friendly. We were placed promptly in a room w I th the doctor coming in in a very timely manner.

Dr. Smith is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable when it comes to skin. I love that she gets straight to the point addresses your concern and keeps it stepping without recommending a ton of products. .
