Im not returning to this place, and neither should you. They messed up my prescription pre- approval, and I had to keep chasing them for 3months (from April 2025) to have it resolved but failed. Calls to the hub will be directed to the administrator of the center's voicemail (never answers). I had to lash out on the call centre for the undue delays in getting my prescription and guess what they resubmitted the order with the *exact same mistake* that got it denied after I passed on all the feedback from my insurance to them, where they erred and even provided a direct number for them to call. They now had to submit an appeal and own up to their mistakes, which they refused and were just patronizing me each time I showed up at the office because you won't get the administrator on the phone. Three months in, nothing!, so I personally took up the appeal process with my insurance, and within a week (yes, a week), my prescription was ready. Read the other reviews, and you will see a pattern. The doctor i started treatment with left, and I had to be reassigned to a new doctor. Till date no one from the Clairmont the Office nor the call centre has reached out to update on my prescription which they claim to be working on for 4 months. Absolute disregard for patients services. Kindly go elsewhere

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Washington for years. He is the best! Knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to explain everything - truly a rare find in this world of corporate medicine. Our waits are minimal and the staff is very helpful.

I hate to give negative reviews, but I feel like this feedback may help Dermatology Associates of Georgia improve their administrative service. The team means well, but imho they have a long way to go to achieve an acceptable level of service. In my case, they took weeks to return my request for an appointment. Then, after I had already booked an appointment, I received a call asking me if I wanted to book an appointment. They did not seem to be aware that I was already on their calendar. As a result of the confusion, I chose to cancel everything and go with another healthcare provider. When I called to cancel and I asked for an email to confirm they had actually canceled my appointment, I was told that was not possible. Best wishes to them as they work to improve.

I was recommended to this practice by my primary care doctor. Do not go here!!! I never saw the same doctor twice, they were constantly late, and did not listen to me. I waited months at a time for appointments. I was misdiagnosed for months with no accountability from any doctor. Their behavior is truly unbelievable. One doctor literally told me "we prescribe this medicine so that you don't have to keep coming in to see us". Save yourself the trip and don't go here.

The staff here is great. They am are always kind and very helpful. The Dr's here has been great. My skin thanks you. Highly recommend this place.

We were first seeing Dr. Satcher. She was really nice, professional, and actually called back whenever had questions or concerns! Dr. Satcher has left the practice and now it is EXTREMELY difficult to get in contact with the dr we’re currently seeing. I’ve had questions about the treatment the new Dr prescribed for my daughter and can never seem to get a call back from ANYONE. I’ve been calling for almost a month now! I’m at the point where I am strongly considering another practice simply because of how difficult it is to get in contact. VERY FRUSTRATING!

My experience with dermatology associates has been nothing short of spectacular. My doctor, Dr Satcher was amazing, seemed like she truly cared and has done so much to get me the help I need. Nicole of the office staff is genuinely my hero. I’ve been dealing with an insurance snafu and she has gone above and beyond with getting me the help. This office makes me feel not like I just have a doctor but I have a team of people in my corner to help support me through my health journey. 5 stars isn’t enough.
