Went in as a new patient and was not very impressed. Basically said there was nothing she could do for me besides prescribe me topical meds. I questioned the xtrac treatment and she basically was trying to talk me out of it and said about how far my drive would be and how I would have to come 2 days a week and how we are all different blah blah blah..glad i went back to my dermatologist and they were able to help me. Then i was charged for a 90 min new patient visit and was seen for maybe 15 min at the most. Ridiculous
