I’ve been a loyal client of Leslie Dickenson at Royal Aesthetics located in Conroe for over 6 years, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Leslie is incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to educate you — you never feel rushed or pressured, only genuinely cared for. She stays up to date with the latest technology and techniques, and her gentle approach makes every visit comfortable and relaxing. I’ve learned so much from her about proper skincare and healthy beauty habits that have made a real difference. Our whole family goes to her — including my husband and our son. She created a personalized acne treatment plan for my son, who is heavily involved in sports, and it has helped him tremendously both physically and with his confidence. She is also very reasonably priced and truly works to make treatments affordable, which keeps you coming back and builds a long-lasting relationship based on trust. Her new facility in Conroe is absolutely stunning — elegant, professional, and you can clearly see the heart she poured into creating it. I am very particular about my face and Leslie and Royal Aesthetics have set the bar high! I have seen her for various treatments for over 10 years now, and Botox/filler for around 3, and she continues to remain consistent with the quality of care I receive but growing in her business and range of aesthetics. I have had some facial plastic surgery, so I am sensitive in some areas on my face, and knowing this Leslie always makes sure to treat my skin with not only care but also consideration. I can truly say this with all honestly that Leslie is the only person that I will allow to cater to my skin, surface and injectable wise! In addition to the physical care she gives her clients, the aesthetic of her office is impeccable. It is one of the most sanitary, tidy, and attention to detail offices I have ever visited, which makes my appointments that much more enjoyable. Overall I would most definitely recommend Leslie and Royal Aesthetics for any and all skincare needs!

I just have to give the biggest shoutout to Leslie at Royal Aesthetics! If you’ve been thinking about a non-surgical BBL, she is absolutely amazing! I’ve always wanted a bigger butt and to fill in my hip dips to create more of an hourglass figure with fuller hips. I did several consultations with doctors about a surgical BBL, and every single one told me I would need to gain at least 10–20 pounds first. The problem? I can’t gain weight to save my life. And even if I did manage to gain the weight, they said most people lose a lot of the transferred fat anyway…That meant risking a dangerous surgery for potentially minimal results and it just didn’t make sense for me. That’s when I found Leslie and learned about the non-surgical liquid BBL option. She offers both Sculptra and Radiesse, and after discussing everything, I chose Radiesse. I wanted more of a "skinny BBL" look subtle but noticeable curves. I ended up doing 20 syringes total (10 per session). I was SO nervous and honestly scared it was going to hurt, but they numb you really well and I truly didn’t feel a thing. The staff was incredibly kind, comforting, and professional. They made the whole experience feel safe and easy. You do have to be patient, it takes about 6 months to see the best results but I saw improvement instantly, and now that I’m 6 months out, it looks AMAZING. My hip dips are filled, my hips are fuller, and I finally have the hourglass shape I’ve always wanted without surgery. Her address may say Conroe, but she’s actually right here in The Woodlands so It’s way more convenient for anyone in the Montgomery, Conroe, or Magnolia area. If you’re considering a non-surgical BBL, I cannot recommend Leslie at Royal Aesthetics enough. She is confident, skilled, and truly cares about her clients. Best decision ever!

Leslie is the best! I absolutely love coming here! The space is so cute and welcoming—you feel comfortable the moment you walk in (plus there are always snacks at the front, which is such a nice touch!). It smells amazing and the vibe is just relaxing. Leslie is not only incredibly skilled at injections and treatments, but also so knowledgeable and professional. She takes the time to explain everything, makes you feel at ease, and the results are always natural and beautiful.
