Nikko Dermatology - Conroe Dermatology

Horrible experience with Nikko Dermatology. Never again using this place. My daughter experience was horrible. After the first visit no meds where ever sent to the pharmacy. She called like couple times to see what seems to be the issue and instead of being helped to fix the issue she ended up scheduling another appointment, so 2 times paying for one visit. After the second appointment miraculously the prescription was sent to the local HEB pharmacy but unfortunately the medicine was not covered by the insurance (not blaming for that) THEN same HEB pharmacy sent few notifications to get different meds that are covered, also my daughter called the office for the same reason without anyone even bothering to reply or take any action. She then cancelled the next visit. Cannot possibly recommend this guy, she basically just paid for 2 visits and no meds/treatment whatsoever. Will take our business elsewhere.

Oh my I can’t say enough good things about Dr Nikko and he’s staff at the Conroe Location. From my consultation with Dr Nikko and he’s staff, to Kelly helping me with all my questions and bookings, to everyone there being so kind and helpful I just felt so happy with everything. My procedures went amazing and the prices were definitely affordable. A week later and everything is looking great. I will definitely be going back there. An Absolute Brilliant place.

I absolutely love this place! I have been seeing Dr. Nikko for over a year now, at the Conroe location, and I can confidently say that he never disappoints. I have severe eczema, and he respected my desire to find a more natural approach to treatment. He never made me feel like my concerns were unreasonable; instead, he understood where I was coming from. After a year of trying to change my diet and using various creams, I decided to abandon the "natural" route. Dr. Nikko then recommended injections, and wow, do they work! I wish I had listened to him sooner. The staff is wonderful, and Dr. Nikko takes the time to thoroughly investigate what is going on with your skin. You can really tell that he is motivated to achieve great results for his patients and isn't just out to take your money. If I ever meet anyone in need of a dermatologist, I will definitely recommend him!

Took 2 minutes to tell us nothing was wrong with our son about a year ago. No testing no second thought, said it was dry skin. It was a fungal infection that I let progress because I thought it was just dry skin. It was Tinea Versicolor and it is going away now finally with fungal meds. Would not ever use this doctor again.

Horrible I tried making an appt and even informed them I have an issue and I have tried to fix it with insurance but for some reason emit you run it it will show up as a percentage but mine is a copay. He tells me okay well I can set up an appt but can’t guarantee they will call your ins so I said okay then how can I know because I don’t want to come in and talk charge me what is incorrect. Like how can we fix this so I’m charged correctly and all I get is idk I can make a note that’s up to them whether they want to call or not are you kidding me? Is that how you treat new patients? No solution or help? Definitely will let people at my hospital to never go or associate with this office thanks for not helping me fix it.. poor front desk skills

The staff we're very nice and informative with any questions I had. My work hours vary and change often, it was welcoming how easy and flexible scheduling an appointment was as a new patient. Dr. Nikko explained everything he was going to do and explained my options, he and his staff also informed me on how and what would happen on the follow up visit. It was a great experience and I will consider them as my first choice in the future if needed.

Dr. Nikko is the finest, most pleasant doctor I have ever met. In less than 5 minutes, he removed a mole which has been bothering me for years, and did so at an affordable price. Highly recommended. GK
