Mountaintop Dermatology - Colorado Springs

This was my daughters first visit for her skin and I could not be happier that we were referred here!! Walking in you are greeted by the sweetest young lady, I didn't catch her name but she was so kind and had such a beautiful demeanor. We were taken back to our room very quickly and Abby got our appointment started, and let me tell you she was so great! She made my daughter feel instantly at ease and was so nice. When Dr. Samarin came in he was so gentle and nice speaking to my daughter and listening to the issue she had and making sure she was comfortable with everything that was going to happen. By the end of the appointment my daughter was so happy and at ease. When we left we were both so grateful for everyone. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent, caring provider and team. I have a complicated skin history and Dr. Samarin was patient and took great concern to be sure to explain each area. I am so thankful to have found this practice. Highly recommend! From start to finish, professionalism and compassion was all I experienced.

Wonderful staff, the doctor absolutely knew what she was doing. She cut some mole off for me and I never felt a thing! It was over and done before I even thought she started. I will definitely go back to them!

I had a wonderful 1st time experience at my appointment. From the team at the front desk, the nurse that checked me in were very polite and professional. Dr Frank was caring and attentive to my concerns and he addressed them. Thanks to the entire team, I truly appreciate your kindness.

The practice was very responsive to the referral and reached out to set the appointment very quickly. Staff was professional and friendly, they seem to care about their patients. Doctor Samarin was thorough, and very pleasant to work with. I trust his judgment. All in all, it was a great visit.

Absolutely awesome!!!! The receptionist was very friendly. Abbey Dr S ma was so knowledgeable and informative. Very pleased with Dr S. Had a total body exam, some freezing and biopsy performed. Explained every process. Very happy with the entire office.

I've been coming here for years. Really liked the doctor I was seeing and really liked the other staff members. However today when I get there I had to sign paperwork and one of the things I had to sign is and agreement to show up/be on time to my appointment or I'll be charged $150. My appointment was at 10 am, and I showed up at 945. The doctor didn't come into my room until 10:30. I expect my doctor to be on time if I have to be on time. Especially when I had to drag my infant there during her nap time because they had limited availability. When the doctor comes in, (doctor love) she first makes a comment about the preemie sign I have on my baby's car seat stating not to touch my child due to her being high risk after being born 4 months early. She reads the sign out loud, "Preemie, that's funny." Then proceeds to tell me my child is big for a preemie. After going through the hell that I went through with my child, who lived in the NICU for 126 days and was born at 1 lb, it felt incredibly disrespectful and made me very uncomfortable. I haven't stopped thinking about this horrible interaction all day, and it made me feel sick to my stomach. Everyone there has been amazing, but I will NEVER go back due to the lack of bedside manner Dr. Love has.
