Dr. Lofgreen is truly amazing. He is a straightforward physician—extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and provides excellent patient care and customer service. You feel confident and well-informed under his care. Kathryn, his nurse, is equally outstanding. She is incredibly caring and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure patients fully understand post-surgery instructions and procedures. Her compassion and follow-through make a stressful experience much easier. Nicole at the front desk deserves special recognition. She was the only front desk staff member who was not rude each time we gave went in. She is attentive, kind, and genuinely ensures patients are taken care of—even when others refuse to fill open or missing appointments. (We had to walk in per doctors orders because phone staff would not make appointment) Unfortunately, there was unprofessional behavior observed from other front desk staff, including discussing rudeness, disgust for us walking in, (my husband and me) while we were still seated in the waiting room. Despite the front desk challenges, I am extremely thankful for Dr. Lofgreen, Kathryn, and Nicole. If you can get past the front desk experience, (happened 3 times) the doctors and nurses here are truly exceptional.

I’ve been going to Michelle for several years now and have followed her from her previous med-spa without hesitation. She does consistently beautiful work, but what truly sets her apart is her honesty. I can’t emphasize enough how important that is to me. I’ll come in saying, ‘Let’s do surgery!’ and Michelle will calmly walk me through smart, less-invasive options that actually work. She always gives straightforward answers and never pushes what isn’t necessary. When the time comes for surgery, I know she’ll be just as honest then, but until that day, she makes me look refreshed, natural, and beautiful every single time. That’s real talent.

Mychelle Chapman was very warm, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I had a consultation to see what laser would work best for my rosacea. She showed me before and after photos, which helped me decide to make an appointment to get the laser done. I won’t be able to get it done for a couple of months, so I will do another review to update the prognosis of how it went. I am very happy with the service I’ve already experienced!

I have gone there and seen Dr. Marcus for years. She is the best. I have had Melanoma twice over the years and she has always taken care of me. She is friendly and caring. I trust her fully and always know that she will make sure that I am taken care of. I also enjoy her staff. They are very professional!

Dr.Tan was great. She and her staff were very patient and took time to explain what they were doing and what I should expect. They were very considerate and even changed the office music to my favorite channel. I highly recommend Dr. Tan!

The wait was a little long for my 2pm appointment. Dr. Babcock knew instantly what condition I had. Explained it & assured me that I had nothing to worry about. He then asked if I had anything else. Very personable and had a good sense of humor.

Visiting Dr Sperber is always a great pleasure for me. He and his staff always make me feel special. I love coming to see him.
