I needed help with skin rashes. Dr Ducharme and her staff were easy to schedule with, kind and respectful in the clinic, and excellent listeners. I got effective treatment and lab results quickly.

I highly recommend Dr. Ducharme and her medical team. Dr. Ducharme checks not only my skin health but also provided me with medical insights on my overall health.

I had an early appointment this morning, greatly appreciated the people welcoming me in for my very fast exam by Dr D and her assistant. I have been working with the Dr for several years and since my first appointment and care by her I have been very grateful for her time and discovery of my skin cancer.

About a year and a half ago I had a skin related concern and was referred to another dermatology office. My family has a history of skin cancer and I grew up during a time when we were always out in the sun and didn’t think about protection so concerns were real. After waiting a month, With no response, I called and they told me they were too backed up to even respond to the referral. So I withdrew that request and asked family for recommendations. Ducharme Dermatology was highly recommended so I called and although they were making appointments out a month or two, they were empathetic and realized my concern, putting me on a cancellation wait list. I was able to get in a week later and was treated for my initial concern and at this same appointment Dr Ducharme saw something she suspected to be a concerning spot on my face. She did a biopsy and tests confirmed the cancerous area. I went back soon after for the Mohs procedure to fully remove it. I have been back over the past 18 months for other concerning spots and Dr Ducharme and her staff have always been very receptive to my questions and have given me thorough checks and care. This recent visit was an annual check and as expected I received a thorough check and all my questions and concerns were answered. Definitely would recommend the office to anyone with skin concerns.

Make sure you stay on top of you billing with them. I had a date of service of 6/2022, submitted my insurance and co-pay after my visit and never heard from the company again...until 2 and a half years later...via text message. Seemed scammy, so I disregarded the text requests, after receiving a few more texts, I called the location and inquired about the texts and 2 +year old charges. I asked if they could send information regarding the procedure and insurance breakdown, so I could review and pay. I never received anything via email or postal mail and again radio silence...until the text messages from a debt collector in regards to my Ducharme Derm account started coming in...also scammy feeling, which prompted more calls into the office to try and understand how a billing issue from 1,147 days and lack of follow up form the has turned into my $89 being turned over to a collection agency. So today, I caved a paid the $89 from over 3 years ago without a bill or knowing if it was submitted to insurance. Frustrating experience...years later....for sure....

Had a great experience at Ducharme Dermatology today. Highly recommend! Everyone was very helpful, kind, and caring and Dr. Ducharme listened and was so great at explaining everything.
