I had such a great experience with Leah! She immediately noticed that a prior service (done by a different provider) had been performed incorrectly, and without hesitation, she fixed it and didn’t charge me for what would’ve been a very expensive service. Her kindness, attention to detail, and the way she made the whole visit feel personal and comfortable truly stood out. I was honestly considering leaving the practice before this appointment, but Leah is the reason I’m staying. She went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful to have found a provider who genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

Emily was very thorough, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We collaborated on a plan going forward that will help diagnose my current health issues.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Russo and I am very thankful to have her as my Dermatologist. It was a great visit and she treated me with care and-respect. Indeed my lucky day!

The PARKING!! OMG. Bring a subcompact car to be sure. My SUV made it through the bar at the entrance, but it still hit an insulated water line. Thankfully it was plastic/foam... I noticed the staff parking has plenty of room... Because... You know... Prioritize the customer and all... The staff seems nice but dysfunctional. It took me a minute to park, no spots available, so I missed check in. "I'll see if she can still see you.". Then she stood up and went to the back and I sat down in her line of sight... 30 minutes later... I asked if someone could see me. "Oh, was that you? You walked away before I could ask."... ... ... ... She walked away, so I sat down to wait... WTH? I can see from other comments I am not the only victim of the dysfunction...

The care that I received from the Hyde Park office was top notch! I am typically at the Mason office but transferred over to the Hyde Park location, and had never met Dr. Russo and her team. I must rate them five star! U had a lot of old issues, as well as new skin problems, to discuss. Her assistant, Bryce, had tremendous patients with my lengthy list of concerns. All of them were addressed, and I felt very positive and "heard" overall, upon leaving Dr. Russo and her team.

I had an appointment scheduled for an extraction. Once I was brought back to the room I was checked in and then informed that the dermatologist doesn’t perform extractions and that I would need to reschedule with the esthetician.I’m frustrated that this wasn’t clarified when the appointment was booked, as it resulted in a wasted trip and time off my schedule. They should be monitoring these appointments and calling people to get them scheduled correctly. Very disappointing.
