One of the best things I’ve done for myself this year is to start going to Juvly! Kelsey is amazing and has helped me with refreshing my skin which has helped me feel rejuvenated! I have had dysport and microneedling and it has been a game changer- I give all the credit to her technique and skill and knowing exactly what I need. And today I had my first facial with Jayden, including a lash lift and brow lamination. She is absolutely wonderful and did such an amazing job! I am so happy and pleased with the results! I’m hooked- Juvly is one of my favorite places to go for pampering! Thank you ladies 🙂

The girls were outstanding! Jayden and Kelsey took such great care of me from start to finish and made the whole experience feel comfortable and personalized. They were incredibly professional and very knowledgeable about skincare, taking the time to explain what my skin needed and how to look and feel my best. I’ve been a client at Juvly since 2019, originally just getting coolsculpting to my chin with grouponni had found, but then more frequently since 2022 where I had initially got lip filler done for my wedding and fell I love with my results. I’ve had a membership there for around two, maybe three years and absolutely love it. Everyone there is super friendly, attentive and I’ve never left there unhappy. Over the past 2 years I’ve been seeing Kelsey as my provider there and she’s an absolute gem. I’ve been dealing with volume loss around my under eyes and temple and she’s guided me through the process of getting prp injected under my eyes as well as sculptra. I’ve also seen her for lip filler as well; and when I went to discuss the possibility of another injection, she thoroughly explained the importance of needing to have the dissolved due to migration (my lips LOVE to hang onto to versa plus it had been close to two years since the last injection) and after walking me through both processes I’m once again obsessed with my results. I couldn’t be happier with all the progress I’ve had with maintaining not only a youthful but also healthier appearance to my face and skin, and look forward to continuing this as well.

I’ve been a Juvly client for almost 5 years, and Kelsey has been my go-to for the last few. She’s extremely knowledgeable and someone I genuinely trust with my face. I always feel confident that her recommendations are in my best interest—not just an upsell. My results have always been amazing, and I truly enjoy every visit. Couldn’t recommend her more!

3 year client here and canceling membership! I have never been more dissatisfied with a service. 1st off, I was expecting a $100 facial and I got charged $150. The aesthetician called it a "confusion". 2nd off my face is still so dirty. I asked for cleaning, extractions and none of that happened. She didn't use any cleaning products and no masks. She never washed my face. She instead used a pad to wipe my face and when I asked if she could wash my face she said she already did. I shouldn't have to come home and still need a facial. Specially after paying 150 plus tax and tip! Never coming back and canceling membership! Aesthetician is new a new grad and a new hire. Nice but doesn't know what she's doing. Lauren is a complete gem and I will miss her! She's the reason for my 2 star. She got me ready for my wedding. ***update*** Customer service rep called me after my complaint to explain that I won't get a refund and that the tech gave me the correct facial. The excuse for my face not being washed was that I had sensitive skin.... its my assumption that medspa should have facewash for all skin types haha Hope my comment helps others.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience here. I spent a significant amount of money on lip filler and received very minimal, barely noticeable volume. The product used was not Juvederm, which I was expecting, and I wish I had been more clearly informed beforehand. If you are looking for actual, noticeable volume, I would strongly recommend asking very specific questions about the product being used before committing. Buyer beware. I went back afterward for a lip flip in hopes of improving the result, and unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing. The only positive part of this experience was the nurse I worked with—she was kind, professional, and genuinely did her best. My frustration is not with her, but with the overall outcome, product choice, and the amount of money spent for results that simply were not there. I truly regret spending my money here and wish I had gone elsewhere. I’m sharing this so others can make a fully informed decision before booking.
