The Wax and Skin Lounge

I have been coming here since they opened years ago and can’t believe I haven’t wrote a review before (sorry!) My last appointment was as usual, an amazing experience! The service was outstanding and the entire custom signature facial left me glowing for the next few days! The shoulder massage was super relaxing and really took it to the next level. My esthetician, Kimberly, was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’ll definitely be back many more times!!

Elenia is truly the best. From the moment you walk into the Logan Square studio, you feel completely comfortable and cared for. She is incredibly professional, meticulous, and genuinely kind—she explains everything, works efficiently, and somehow makes the whole experience feel calm and easy. Her technique is amazing (hands down the cleanest, least painful wax I’ve ever had), and the results are flawless every single time. The space itself is clean, cozy, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. If you’re looking for someone you can fully trust who takes real pride in her work, Elenia is it. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

The customizable signature facial is one of my favorite things to get done here! My skin is always glowing and radiant after. They do a good mix of products as well as tools that actually help improve your skin. I also love getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted here, lasts a solid few weeks and looks amazing every time

Love Wax and Skin Lounge! I've been coming here for a couple of years now, seeing Lorena or Elenia and they are both fantastic. I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and they do the most beautiful job. I feel like Demi Moore when I leave!

I’ve been Elenia here for a couple years now, and she does my eyebrows so well every time. Even though I don’t visit regularly, she also always remembers me and asks me about what I’ve been up to. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a good deal and great service!

I had my brows done by Seymone , wax and Hana and they came out perfect . I am visiting my daughter who is in Chicago for Navy A school and we had a little pamper time. The spa is beautiful, and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend Seymone’s services , she is very talented and a beautiful personality .

I’ve been coming here for about 4-5 years specifically for facials and brow waxing/tints. It’s clean, beautiful, friendly, and the services are well-priced and high-quality. Elenia is my go-to (love her!) but I’ve had great experiences with multiple estheticians (most recently Kim and Stacy), and they’ve all been wonderful.
