I always have such a wonderful experience at Old Town Med Spa! The entire staff makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. The spa is incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and has such a calm, professional atmosphere. Dr. Shazel and Nael are both amazing — they take the time to really listen, answer questions, and explain everything so you feel confident and informed. You never feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciate. They genuinely care about their patients and want you to have the best possible results. Scheduling and communication is always super easy, and the whole team is friendly. You can tell they truly value their clients and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Old Town Med Spa to anyone looking for a trustworthy, clean, and welcoming place with an incredible team. They’re THE BEST!!

I had a great experience here from start to finish. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. Marissa did my laser treatment, and she was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to detail. She clearly explained the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable during the session. I’m very happy with my results so far and can already see a noticeable improvement. Jessica at the reception is also wonderful to work with. She is very attentive, responds quickly, and helps with scheduling or rescheduling appointments right away, which makes the whole experience much easier. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering laser treatment or similar services.

I had an amazing dermaplaning and peel with Marissa, and I can’t say enough good things about her skills and knowledge. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely comfortable, and my skin looks and feels incredible. I will definitely be going back! I’ve been going to Chicago Old Town Med Spa for an awhile now and have always had a really positive experience. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and they do a great job of making you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Appointments run on time (and, they were incredibly understanding when I completely missed an appointment!), communication is clear and I always feel like I’m in very capable hands.
