I booked a facial and an additional treatment with Bela and had such an amazing experience! She is truly the sweetest and so welcoming. From the moment you walk in she makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. One thing I genuinely loved is how she took the time after my facial to explain more about my skin and what would help it long term. She even went out of her way to write little personalized notes with product recommendations based on what she noticed about my skin and that meant so much! My skin looked refreshed and glowy after and I left feeling relaxed and taken care of! I highly recommend Bela to anyone looking for a wonderful experience and exceptional care!!

I’ve been to Dvida Spa three times, and my first two visits were wonderful. I see Olga, and she is truly fantastic — incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and excellent at caring for my skin throughout my CO2 laser journey. After my first Deka CO2 treatment, my skin healed quickly with very little downtime, which speaks to her expertise and care. Unfortunately, my recent experience was highly frustrating due to a front desk miscommunication. I called ahead to ask if it would be safe to move up my Deka C02 appointment from six weeks out to three weeks. I very clearly explained over the phone which treatment I had been receiving. The front desk told me they would check with Olga, put me on hold, and then came back and said it was fine to schedule the earlier appointment. What I later learned was that when they asked Olga, they told her I was asking about a CO2 CoolPeel, which is a much lighter treatment and does not require the same six-week spacing. Because of this mistake, my file was not properly reviewed and the wrong information was relayed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was brought back, numbed, and prepared for treatment. Only then did Olga realize it had only been three weeks since my last fully ablative CO2, and she immediately stopped the process, explaining that it would not be safe to proceed. She was absolutely right to do so. At this point, I had taken the afternoon off work and spent over an hour commuting into the city, only to leave without treatment, without an apology from the front desk, AND with my face numb for the rest of the day. For someone who spends around $1,000 per visit, I expected much better communication and accountability from the business. I will continue to return because Olga is exceptional, but this experience was mishandled and left a genuinely bad taste in my mouth.

I had a CO2 DEKA procedure with Olga this past Saturday, and I just want to say that she was absolutely fantastic. As an esthetician, she knows every detail of the procedure and was incredibly professional throughout. She’s very reliable, has a medical background, and just made me feel completely at ease. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about her. The salon itself was also wonderful—every detail is well thought out, and the whole experience was just top-notch. I highly recommend everyone to visit them!

Overall Rating: 7/10 This was my first visit to this spa, and while the experience was decent, I didn’t feel it matched the value for the price. I’ve been receiving Diamond Facials for about two years at a medical spa in the suburbs, so I have a good sense of what to expect from the service. The facial itself was satisfactory but not exceptional. My aesthetician was pleasant, but a significant portion of the session was spent promoting products and additional services, which detracted from the relaxation experience. Additionally, the receptionist entered the room mid-session to speak with the aesthetician, something that felt unprofessional. Regarding the spa environment, the space felt bright and sterile, and the loft-style rooms allowed noise to travel easily, making it difficult to fully relax. For the price point, I would also expect a more welcoming touch, such as offering clients a beverage upon arrival. Also a minor detail, but worth noting—the blanket provided was quite short, and as a taller person, my feet were uncovered throughout the treatment. Lastly, as a first-time client, I was unaware of the weekday promotion offering $50 off all facials between 12–3 p.m. My appointment was booked for 11:30 a.m., and no one mentioned this special, even though later time slots were available. It would be beneficial for the spa to proactively share such offers with new clients to enhance customer satisfaction and trust. In closing, while there were several aspects that could be improved—from professionalism to overall guest experience—I do believe the spa has potential. With more attention to client comfort, communication, and small thoughtful touches, it could become a place I’d consider returning to.

Danielle is incredible! I told her my goal of what I was hoping for and with filler she gave me a natural and more youthful appearance. She’s so easy to talk to and made the whole experience amazing! I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa! Olga was absolutely amazing — she made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained everything clearly, helped calm any fears I had about the procedure, and her professionalism truly put me at ease. The treatment itself went smoothly, and she provided incredibly helpful post-care instructions that made me feel confident about my results. I highly recommend both the spa and Olga. I’ll definitely be returning!
