Glo2 express with Kamryn was messy and a little rough. I had product in my mouth and eyes. She did not massage evenly, staying in one place most of the time. Not sure she was focused on the job.

I had an amazing experience at FACE! I came in for a brow lamination and a lash lift and tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The spa itself is spotless and has such a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Mary was absolutely phenomenal—warm, professional, and incredibly skilled. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My brows and lashes look fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I have tried with this place .. three times they have canceled an appointment on me with 1-4 hours notice. They canceled my appointment via text on Friday at noon for a 4:30 PM appointment. Offered me today plus 20% off if I moved my appointment. I reluctantly did that ... lo and behold JUST got the text at 3:30 for a 5:30 PM appointment .. screws up my work day again and now I still have to go somewhere else. Do not waste your time or money on these guys. I want to support local but I have done everything I can as a customer to give them my money. Third time is a charm and they have lost me forever. It is a shame but they are unbothered. I have left a message for a manager to return my call or text and nada.
