I have known Jodi for years and she’s always been professional and just an all around precious person. I went to get some tox after I saw a special being advertised and let me tell you, I have NEVER BEEN HAPPIER with my results! I started tox about 12 years ago, and have never had results this great. I have a slight lift, no heaviness, and zero/minimal movement. Just how it’s meant to be. This is a 40 minute drive for me and I will be making the trip anytime I need tox/filler! They are THAT great! The whole staff is amazing! Please treat yourself and do yourself a favor! Visit Thrive wellness!!!

Dani gave a wonderful 90 minute massage! She was able to find all the knots and release the tight muscles with great skill!

She and her MA Kimberly are always friendly, energetic and comforting, going above and beyond to personalize your experience. The front office and estheticians are equally as wonderful! Kudos to Thrive Wellness, they are the best!!

If you can not fill out paperwork electronically they were unhelpful and rude. The one girl I would never want to deal with and pretty much told me to leave she wouldn’t help me. Awful if her work anything thing like her attitude!

Been getting botox for 11 years, and this was by far the best experience I've had. I was looking for a new place to do my botox and fillers and am very conservative on getting injections with wanting to still look natural. Jodi listened to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve for myself aesthetically and made me feel comfortable and secure. It's always been very hard for me to find an injector I trust since moving. Jodi was absolutely amazing and I absolutely love my results. This is my now permanent place to go for all my botox and fillers. She was so kind, and so was the whole staff. Highly recommend! Thank you Jodi and the staff at Thrive Wellness for how wonderful you all are.

I am shocked and saddened about the poor business practices at Thrive Wellness. Thrive is now open only three days a week (which makes it difficult to book an appointment), and they would not honor their January 2025 special that I paid for (50 units Botox and a facial for $500) after 30 days (I tried booking my facial on February 25th and was told by Heather that they no longer have the materials to honor a free facial). I really liked Jodi, and was planning to come back to Thrive even though the front staff is extremely rude. I've left a message for Jodi to call me back to discuss (as I've just learned she is the owner), I hope she calls and I can change this review to a positive one. With all of the Med-Spa competition in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas, one would think Thrive would want to keep a loyal customer of 2 years. So very disappointing.
