I arrived a bit late they were very accomadating. The nurse/ma was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Lowe was very pleasant and friendly. I needed a biopsy on my hand and the procedure was fast and painless. I do not dread any future dermatology visits. I would certainly choose them again.

I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff. I also appreciate Dr. Lowe for taking the time to listen to my concerns and for explaining things in a way I could understand. His recommended treatment has done wonders to clear up a very bad eczema flare up. I also appreciate how quickly they answered a question I called in after my first appointment. They replied to my voicemail in less than an hour. Very kind, very prompt, very thorough. Highly recommend.

I arrived on time and was called back a couple of minutes later. Nurse interviewed me to update my record and shortly afterward Dr. Lowe arrived for the exam. He asked specific questions regarding any issues and began his exam. Fortunately, his last surgery was successful and the exam did not produce any other issues except for minor concerns that were handles with a quick freezing. I’m fortunate to have found Dr. Lowe after moving in from Knoxville where I had a talented dermatologist. I feel confident when I leave Dr. Lowe’s office that my medical care exceeded my expectations.
