Very quick and thorough. Clean location with inviting staff and caring physicians.

Wait time was minimal in waiting room and patient room. Staff very nice. I saw Dr. Elston this visit. Very knowledgeable. Did a total skin check on me, did a biopsy on a couple of skin cancers and referred me to a blue light treatment for precancerous cells on my face. Excellent care! Very pleased!

Very disappointed in my experience here for several reasons. While the appointment went alright, I was charged hundreds of dollars after the fact for items that were never disclosed to me during the visit. The lack of transparency in terms of billing is absolutely unacceptable. Even with insurance a minor visit turned into a huge expense. I will likely never return to any MUSC facility because of this.
