Skin and Cancer Institute - Chandler

I have been trying to resolve a billing issue from September 2025 and am getting nowhere. They closed the office nearest my home where I had been going and had zero billing issues. They moved me to the office on Chandler Blvd and gave me a provider in my network. However, the provider's license wasn't transferred yet and so they billed it under her supervisor - who isn't in my network. They re-billed it but still billed it incorrectly under a provider outside of my network. Now they're telling me there are going to be delayed filing issues and it will be my responsibility anyway. But I'm the one who is calling weekly and can't get a callback from them at all. It's very frustrating. All of this work for a 3 minute appointment for the doctor to look at my skin and say "any issues with the medications you're on" and that was it.

I found this place while looking for an office near my work. I been here twice and there is no wait time, they sign me in and I get to see the doctor very soon after. This place is very clean and everyone is nice and friendly. I would recommend anyone to come for a doctor visit.

As someone who has always had skin issues, I felt Tara took me seriously and with kindness. Too often seniors are dismissed. I only go if over yhe counter meds aren't working.

Today was my second visit at this practice. I was able to make an appointment the day before both times, and I was in and out in no time. Very quick, efficient, and friendly staff.

The entire process so was easy and fast. Everyone was kind, sweet, and professional! They explained the entire process clearly so I understand what they were going to do. I will be back for any future needs that come up!

Very clean office with friendly staff. Our first visit was thorough and quick. Procedure and follow up were all scheduled for this month. Great service and highly recommend this office.
