Loved coming here for my Botox!! I’ve been here twice and had an amazing experience both times. Ali did a great job of talking to me and figuring out my specific needs and made sure to cater my injections specifically to my face. In a world with a LOT of pushy injectors, Ali was a breath of fresh air - she is so kind, easygoing, and there was no pressure to get more Botox, filler, or any other services. Scheduling was easy which is always a plus, and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. Loved this experience and will def continue to come back!!

I have white Italian olive skin with a lot of Arizona sun damage, so I’m always cautious about how my skin reacts. She did a full facial assessment. She explained exactly how my bone structure and muscles affect my expressions. She even showed me the sterile packaging before starting. As a healthcare professional myself, I deeply appreciated that and noticed it right away. I was worried about the pain, but her technique was virtually painless. They used a high grade numbing agent and Ali had a very gentle hand. I didn’t bruise at all. What impressed me most was her honesty. She actually recommended fewer units of Botox than I asked for because she wanted me to keep natural movement. For the first time, I don’t worry that people can tell I’ve had work done. I just look refreshed. It has been three months and the results are lasting better than anything I’ve had before. Ali followed up with me personally after I left to make sure I was healing well. That really solidified my trust. I am not just paying for a product. I’m investing in expertise and integrity. Booking online was easy and there was zero pressure to buy more services. Besides the positive and peaceful atmosphere the staff was helpful and knowledgeable and I felt at ease (I was extremely nervous as it was my first time lol). Now to my injector Ali…this woman needs to be protected at all costs! She is an angel on earth and I’m so grateful to have met her! I know it seems extreme but I have my reasons she literally was a blessing to my day and made me feel like a million bucks when I left. She is so kind and understanding and has an amazing story behind becoming the woman she is today! I respect her completely and will be sending anyone I know who is interested in enhancing their natural beauty to her for as long as she practices! Came here to address my double-chin and Ali delivered on spectacular, subtle filler results. Ali's knowledgeability, attention to detail, and bedside manner is phenomenal. From consultation to post-procedure she was a literal angel, providing transparent, compassionate care the entire way. The facility itself is charming and clean. Flawless Faces Medspa has the best prices and quality of service in all of Arizona. I heard about them through a friend and decided to check them out. The owner and head injector Ali is so friendly. Also Dani is great for laser hair removal services. The atmosphere is very cool and relaxed. Not stuffy at all.
