Pinnacle Dermatology - Chandler

Everything about my visit to pinnacle dermatology was outstanding. The reception staff was polite and pleasant. My appointment started right on time. The doctor that I saw was attentive and allowed time for questions that were in addition to the purpose of my visit. She was very knowledgeable and happily shared recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend Pinnacle to anyone needing a dermatology appointment

After a visit LAST YEAR, I was informed I had a pending payment. Have receive NO notifications and if emails were sent and by chance went to spam, I never signed up for electronic only, so at some point a mailed bill should have been sent. Makes me question whether this group is efficient or more volume drivent without any care to ensuring quality and accuracy of billing their patients.

Pinnacle Dermatology was a wonderful experience.. The front desk ladies are so kind and so welcoming. Very clean waiting area. My visit answered all my questions. My NP Tara Becher was wonderful. We have a plan and that is what I needed to hear. I have other issues. But those will be addressed later. I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology.

Highly recommend! The office is bright, vibrant and decorative. I was pleasantly impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the ease & quickness of the entire visit. The medical assistant was attentive and helpful after I checked in. The nurse practitioner I saw was great. She listened to all my symptoms & offered helpful solutions. I enjoyed her bedside manner & look forward to working with her to correct my skin issues.

I had my annual check up today. I was warmly greeted by the front desk personel. My appointment was on time. The nurse practioner was friendly, polite and took the time to answer all my questions. The payment process was quick. I felt heard and cared for with respect from all the staff.

They do good work, but navigating their broken AI phone system is horrible. They don't know anything about the practice or who works there. Good luck if you're waiting for help on a prescription. I was scheduled for an 8:20 appointment last week. Everyone who came in after me was called back before me. If you include showing up 15 minutes early, I waited over 45 minutes before being called back for my 10 minute appointment. If I didn't get up and ask, they'd have never called me as I was marked "out" on their systems. I'm tired of big Corporations buying medical practices and squeezing every penny they can at the cost of employees and theirpatients. Hey Pinnacle, how about a real person answering the phones?

Tara Becher was amazing. I felt instantly at ease and she took her time with my skin exam. We geeked out over Rainbow Brite and when I almost passed out from anxiety, Tara and Maria took very good care of me. Highly recommend.
