Pinnacle Dermatology - Centreville

This would be my first full body exam. The practice waiting room was clean and inviting. The front desk ladies took care of the essentials plus the routine paperwork smoothly and they were not unkind. The staff carried on their roles well but I did want to mention that they did not match the cheerful aura of the office and Dr Kazemi which of course would take extra effort. It wasn’t hard to notice another passing nurse or tech that did seem to brighten the day. It would be helpful for patients who are at times coming in with anxious thoughts to provide a sense of comfort. A little smile would go a long way but I do understand it’s not easy to do so day in and day out. I say this because I’ve had many hospital visitations with wonderful staff and Doctors especially for my previous cancer so I carry much worry before an exam. Dr. Kazemi entered with a smile and definitely added light to the visit. At first, I was concerned the body exam itself went rather quickly but as he was going through it, he was very knowledgeable and maintained great manners. One usually chooses to continue visiting the same practice because of the Dr’s expertise and care and for that reason, I would continue. He embraced the visit for me and for that I am grateful.

This is my first time visiting Pinnacle Dermatology, which I recently discovered has opened up. I noticed that the facility is fully staffed and equipped with the latest technology to serve patients more efficiently and ensure smooth operations. Although the location is a 35-minute drive for me, it’s worth the journey. I’m glad to have found the right dermatological care that caters to my needs and prioritizes my skin health. I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology to all new patients, and I would like to thank Dr. Abrahem Kazemi for his excellent care.

Dr. Kazemi is truly the best. They treated me with so much kindness and patience. I felt understood, respected, and in good hands. I appreciate the way they follow up and genuinely care about their patients’ well-being.

Love this place. My daughter goes here for her acne. They take such good care of her and she has autism and they work well with her. Love Dr. Kazemi and he treated her acne problems and her skin is beautiful since his treatment.

Dr. Kazemi is so caring, and he makes you feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable and spends time answering any questions or concerns that you may have. The front office and nurses are awesome too.!

I can’t thank Pinnacle Dermatology enough for the amazing care they’ve given my son. His vitiligo has improved significantly since we started treatment, and we’ve seen results we truly didn’t think were possible. The entire team has been kind, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. We’re so grateful for the progress he’s made and for the confidence he’s getting back. I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology to anyone looking for compassionate, effective dermatological care!

I was very disappointed today in the Centreville location. I came in 15 min before my appointment time and was rather surprised that the waiting area was so full that patients had to stand due to lack of seating. I asked when I checked in if it would be a long wait, they assure me I had a scheduled appointment and there would not be a wait. I understand that sometimes a medical facility has a wait, it's not exact. I also had to get back to work. So after 30 minutes went by and no one called my name (this is 30 min after my scheduled appointment, not since I arrived). I went back up to the desk and asked about when I would see Dr. Kazemi. They now said "it's very busy we don't know. hmmm That was frustrating after I have been standing and now sitting for 45 minutes. I promptly asked for a refund of my co-pay and to cancel my appointment. They asked if I wanted to re-schedule and I said no. Dr. Kazemi, your staff is failing you.. If you cannot make an appointment within 15 min it is polite to talk to the patient (the staff I mean) and give them an update or options. I saw you before and liked you. I am no longer a patient and will never come back. My time is valuable too! Just as you ask your patients to come 15 min early, I ask you respect our time as well. Emergencies happen etc etc. But no communication for 30 plus 15 min is not acceptable.
