I have waited for over 2+ months for my prescription to be filled. I was not told my prescription would be expiring, so it expired and then I had to wait 4 weeks to get an appointment. I went to said follow up appointment, and was assured my prescriptions would be sent to my pharmacy. 4 more weeks, and two appointments later and my prescription is still not filled. Each time I've called to ask about what's going on, the receptionist at the front desk *Janet* told me "That's life" or, you'll just have to wait...I am still unaware of what's going on or when it will be filled. I have been nothing but patient, and I really like my dermatologist but this has gone on for months now and I am considering seeing a different provider. I suggest hiring someone else to handle your front end, Janet is not only really unhelpful but rude and unable to do simple tasks on the computer. It seems like every time I am in there, she has a new excuse on why something isn't working.

I was very happy with the Dr Jessica Coffey. Knowledgeable and personable. She made me feel very comfortable and I plan to return.
