I have been seeing Dr. Knutson for 3 years now. I am very impressed with the level care that receive at the Dermatology Clinic of Iowa. Dr. Knutson does an awesome job of understanding my concerns, addressing those concerns during the same appointment and helping me to arrive at a great treatment outcome. I am truly grateful!

I would give it a 5 if it were just Dr Knutson because he is great! The office staff(Receptionists) iare rude consistently. Can't greet me by my name and say hello, the woman checking me out was pleasant but the gal that was going to check me out couldn't even smile at me. What's the deal, hours dealing with people and their health, if you can't be pleasant then don't work with the public.

I have been seeing Dr. Knutson for years and I highly recommend him and his staff. I have a history of skin cancer and when new skin concerns pop up, Dr. Knutson is always quick to get me in. He is very professional, compassionate, and kind. He always takes plenty of time to explain and answer questions. It is evident that Dr. Knutson cares deeply for his patients and the world needs more doctors like this.

Administrative staff including receptionists over the last year have been consistently poor. A year ago, there was a miscommunication on what time the appointment was rescheduled causing last minute scheduling changes with work to make the appointment. They haven't been able to get my medical records for a year with no explanation. When following up, the receptionist tries to tell me they really aren't important anyway. Seems like I can't get straight answers when I call about claims or insurance and I have to follow up with multiple calls. Staff seems put out when you ask anything. Overall, a lack of professionalism and always a hassle. However, providers including NP Miller are great if you can overlook the admin headaches.

I have been treated for Rosacea for 15 years, and have only been a patient of Dr. Knutson for the past three years. Symptoms have become difficult to treat with medication prescribed years ago. Dr Knutson was very helpful in finding the right combination of medications. My skin hasn't been this clear in years. The Dr. is very personable and very knowledgeable. His professionalism is appreciated.

Dr. Knutson is one of the very best around - no question. Always professional, a really nice person, and knows his stuff.
