Dr. Andrea Cambio

My wife has been there twice and not impressed. The first time she had three seborreica keratosis removed. One on the face turned into a scab and when it fell off the lesion was still there. Went a second time to have three removed. One was fairly large and instead of having it scraped a different procedure was used which is taking forever to heal. The one on the face was treated again and had the same results. The scab fell off and it’s still there. I feel the procedures are not very effective to make you come back.

This place is seriously becoming a joke! I had 2 biopsies and they both came back Basal skin cancer. I scheduled BOTH appointments immediately. Twice they call me as I'm walking out the door for my 7:30 am appt and cancel. They FINALLY get me in, (diagnosed in Feb., 1st appt ends up being March 31st) and 8 appts later i am still not done with the first area as they have made us sit for HOURS every time we go in for them to squeeze in the dr to my room between others as they NEVER schedule enough time. Now, they still haven't addressed the second area and I have went to them a minimum of twice weekly since this started. I got a letter the other day saying they CANT get ahold of me and I MUST call them immediately to inform them who is taking care of my second area! I call, on hold for 45 mins 3 different times where I had to finally give up. I went in today to say this is crazy...ive been here multiple times and no one ever asked me about my leg and in fact told me they will not address it until they are done with my ear...but they wouldn't even talk to me. They wanted me to sign in and wait for them to have time to schedule me an appt. in a room FULL of people waiting. Cassandra, the manager is worthless... she doesn't help anyone solve anything. This does not even cover the times I have been waiting and saw numerous people come in to be told they don't have appt...even with appt card in hand! That has also happened to me. I'm going to let them finish what they started on my ear, then I'm DONE! I called AGAIN today to get my medical record and again no one answered AND no one has called me back. This place had gone down the drain! I feel terrible for the doctors and their assistants as they are all GREAT! It's the manager and the office staff that are completely incompetent.

Told receptionist that I changed insurance carrier when booking appointment as I've been there before. After at set date I had to wait 20mins for them to even hand me the paperwork to update, then they send me upstairs another 10mins goes by. Get to counter to be told they don't take BCBS. You couldn't do this when I called?NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY WONT FORGET ME TODAY. Complete Incompetence

Dr Cambio and her staff are efficient and very thorough!! I have had spots removed and it was not painful at all...They know me when I come in and ask me about my family! I get into the exam room within 10-20 minutes of my appointment, which is great compared with other Doctors offices! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dermatologist!

My Physician "Henry" is great but when i paid the amount for a procedure which was over $315 i was told that this was the total amount i would pay as the cost had been agreed between Cambio & my health insurance only to receive an invoice 4 weeks later from Cambio for an additional $77 to pay. After calling Cambio & my health insurance a number of times they both blame each other so i am stuck with having to pay extra for an agreed amount so after many years with Cambio i will be considering to move elsewhere as no one really listens and after spending thousands of dollars over the years Cambio will lose out on potentially thousands more. Very disappointing with the treatment of the billing department as this could have easily sorted out with a bit more understanding. Malcolm

My wife and I have been seen by Dr. Cambio for well over 5 years now, and we could not be more pleased with her professionalism, kindness and caring manner. She and her staff are real pros, and we wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Keep up the great work, team!

I went to get a price to have 4 small moles removed. They told me $90 for office visit and during the office visit I was quoted $1,020.00 for the removal. I thought it was too much so I declined the procedure. I went to pay the $90 and they told me I owed the $1,020.00. Ten minutes later they told me I owed $1,150.00. They couldn't figure out that they didn't do the procedure. After a few more minutes finally then they told me I owed $130.00 instead of $90.00. I was frustrated and walked out. I received a letter saying I threatened them and they are terminating me as a patient WOW!! what is wrong with these people. I terminated being a patient on my own. I liked the ladies there unfortunately they are very disorganized.
