Dermamode Spa (Cape Coral)

Today I had my "3-in-1 Nonsurgical Face-Lifting Derma-Lift for JUST $99" special. I hesitated because I had seen a couple reviews stating this place was a "scam". It is unfortunate that people post those types of reviews, just because in those instances, the client felt "scammed" when management offered them spa treatment packages at the end of their visit. Would you write a bad review because your car dealer offered you an extended warranty in your new vehicle? He is just doing his job and hoping to make you a long time client. It is normal business practice. I had my very nice, very relaxing facial with Maria. She was terrific! The treatments definitely made a difference in just one visit. The spa is very nice. The staff was very professional. They are struggling a bit with their scheduling department. They have just opened in the Cape, but have 30 locations in the US. Give them time. Give them a try.

This new Derma Spa recently opened in Cape Coral. They are offering a special introductory price for their non invasive Hydro-Lift facial contouring treatment ($99, regularly $450) I also opted for the neck hydro-Lift. The service included a wonderful 14k gold collagen mask. They took before and after photos. I was very surprised and pleased with the results from just 1 treatment. The Spa itself is relaxing, clean and welcoming! My Aesthetician, Marcia, was delightful and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing and there was no pain involved. My skin feels and looks great! I can’t wait for my next treatment. The consultation with the Spa Manager, Vadim, was very informative with no high pressure sales. The results sold me! I highly recommend checking them out!

I recently took advantage of the $99 Introductory offer and have to say I was completely impressed with the 3 in 1 facial I received. The office staff was very professional, courteous and answered all my questions. A special shoutout to, Brooke, the esthetician who administered my treatments. It’s been 10 days and my face looks rejuvenated, moisturized and feels amazing! I have only had two other facials. This one is by far and away the best ever! I scheduled my next appointment before leaving and can’t wait to go back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I saw Lucia today, saw a Facebook post for a special facial, she did a great job. As we age our skin is very important. Anastasia worked well with me afterwards to do more sessions. Michelle

I am updating my earlier review. The esthetician, Kaelin, was lovely. She provided an excellent facial with cyro, red light, and a gold mask. To be honest, I did not see a difference in my before and after photos. That’s ok. She was polite and did a nice job. The manager made an attempt to chat and smile this time. (Third time I was here and was finally able to get a treatment.) I showed up for an appointment that I booked online and the manager informed me that I was not in the system. I showed him a receipt for $25 where I was billed for deposit. He told me that someone would call me to book an appointment; yet I booked an online appointment myself. He was very confrontational, argumentative, and condescending…reinforce g that I did not have an appointment. So I said, "Well, I’m here now. Please make an appointment for me." He curtly informed me that he couldn’t schedule an appointment…that it needed to come from Corporate. I’ve never heard of something like this. (Where they bill you for a deposit before you have an appointment?) I asked for a refund and he said he would let someone at Corporate know. We shall see! How disappointing. I was really looking forward to a treatment. Until they get their act together; I don’t see how they can run an effective business. Note to manager: The customer is always right. Get rid of the attitude.

Editing my last review to reflect a positive experience. My first experience here was not good. The scheduling errors and attitude of the manager left a LOT to be desired. However, after I left that review, the customer service team reached out to me to win my business back and the spa absolutely went above and beyond in doing so. The scheduling was seamless and the treatment, by Brie, was top notch. She is an incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and personable esthetician with whom I had a wonderful time chatting during the service. And on top of that, my skin looks gorgeous! She tackled the exact issues that I requested help with. Additional treatment plans are very pricey, so expect to pay some money if you go here, but as with anything wellness and beauty, investing in yourself does take funds. I'm looking forward to deciding on and committing to a treatment plan when it makes sense for my finances and will definitely be back. Thank you for making it right for me, Dermamode.
