What an awful experience. I came in for my first appointment as a new patient and waited for over an hour without any communication or updates. I was never actually seen by the doctor. I eventually had to leave because of the long delay. This was a very disappointing first experience, and I hope the practice improves communication and respect for patients’ time.

excellent medical care, wonderful staff. I a very fortunate to be a patient here. Thanks you to the wonderful Dr. Harrop and her excellent medical assistant Danielle in particular. The receptionists both on the phone and in the office are also outstanding.

Now living in FL, I miss the expertise and genuine care of those doctors at MARI. I especially miss Dr Harrop and her office staff. I was under her excellent care for 22 years and I would advise anyone lucky enough to avail of their services to thank your lucky stars! 🤩

My care while there was just fine, no complaints. The reason I give it one star is because the people in the billing department don't know what they're doing. I was not sent a bill for 3 months and then finally when I was it came through threatening to send it to collections. I fully understand now why people in the area consistently said that Warren family practice was an overall better option than this place. Additionally there was no amount in the chargers column just an adjustment amount. Don't threaten me because you don't know how to do your job.

Worst experience in my life. Receptionist at Margaret Gagners office is simply bonkers. Unprofessional and rude. Don't like your job, find another one and stop creating havoc in her patients lives. She talks about other patients right in front of the waiting area. She should be fired.

I’ve been a patient at this facility for over 20 years and they are "top shelf." The staff is extremely helpful and the physicians are epitome of professionalism.

I never write review, but I had to for this. This has to be the rudest office staff. They don't even pick up the phone. Great way to ruin your mood for the day and to get a work out as they'll be giving you a good run around. This place is a NO for my future business, I would rather risk my car and safety in providence than deal with the office staff here.
