I was processed through the Emergency Room, was admitted, and underwent various tests during my two night stay there. I interacted with nurses, MDs, radiology techs, phlebotomists, individuals in nutrition services, to name just a few. Everyone I encountered was helpful, kind, and courteous. I came away very impressed with staff and the level of care I received while there.

waited 2 hours to see urgent care doctor. she spent less than a minute with me didn't ask family history, didn't ask medical history, didn't want to read previous clinicians reports. told me no temperature= no problem

Went here to get checked out ahead of my vacation for Labor Day after a week of a head cold that just wouldn’t get better regardless of what I took at from CVS. I’ve been blowing my nose literally hundreds of times a day, going through three boxes of tissues, coughing up green phlegm nonstop. My head feels like it’s going to explode from the pressure, my ears are killing me, and even my teeth hurt. I walked into this office miserable, sick as a dog, and what did Sue tell me? "Take two Claritin and put in earplugs." That’s the best she could do. Let’s be real — if she had a family vacation coming up and her kid felt like this and had these symptoms I guarantee she wouldn’t have told them to take a couple Claritin’s and put in earplugs. That’s ridiculous. Now im stuck outta state paying out of pocket… Ended up going to a good walk in and ended up needing steroids and antibiotics, obviously.

Got hurt and went to the walk in, before they could even finish explaining to me what to sign I was called in to be seen and the doctors and nurses where so fast I had little time to even fill out the paperwork while waiting in the room, got an X-ray quick and was in and out faster then anywhere else. Everyone was nice. They seemed tired yeah but they work in a medical field dealing with people all day with weird injuries it's hard to be fake all day every day. They where professional, fast, and answered all my questions politely without making me feel dumb.

I only gave 1 star for the receptionist. Dr Banner was so rude. I asked if I could take off my mask because I was having a hard time breathing and my covid test was negative. She said no. My pulse ox was 92. Never gave me a nebulizer treatment. I told her my lungs hurt didn't do a chest xray. She said she was going to give me Zithromax for bronchitis. I asked if I could get something else because for 30 yr it never worked for me. She said she didn't have to give me anything and I could go see my primary doctor. I never got better and it has turned into a sinus and upper respiratory infection. I have never received such bad care anywhere. She is a joke

I had a sore throat and cough. Was able to walk in and be seen within 30 minutes. I had to go back a few days later when it sunk into my chest. Again seen in about 30minutes. Staff and Doctors, NOT PA'S, very nice.

I went in this morning, only waited about 10 minutes or so in the waiting room; got my vitals taken; the doc came in and checked me, and she asked questions, put in the RX I needed, and I was on my way. They did a great job. I will go back again if needed.
