Excellent experience with Dr. Ladd and the entire office staff at Kentucky Skin Cancer Center. Everyone from reception to doctor/nursing folks were polite and communicative. A well run operation from top to bottom.

Always a very efficient practice. Appointments are always on time. Staff is excellent. One of the most appreciated is how Dr. Ladd never leaves the room without thanking his assistants. Very pleased with services.

Kentucky Skin Cancer Center was able to get me in promptly concerning a spot on my hand that I was worried about. It was a month out before I could be seen with the referring doctor and I didn’t want to wait that long. But Dr. Mills was able to get me right in. Dr. Mills was very knowledgeable and informative. I felt at ease after my visit and was very pleased with my visit.

I’m genuinely impressed with Kentucky Skin Cancer Center. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the level of service has been exceptional. During my second opinion/follow-up visit, the staff was attentive and efficient. I was quickly checked in and escorted to a comfortable waiting area with a TV, snacks, and hot/cold beverages. I actually smiled to myself and thought, "Man, I’ve been missing out," because the experience was like night and day compared to my previous dermatologists. I didn’t wait more than five minutes to be seen. From completing paperwork to meeting with the doctor, my entire appointment took less than an hour. Dr. Ladd was thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Even after the appointment, when I had additional questions, he returned promptly and addressed them without making me feel rushed or like a burden. He did mention that I have two more spots that may need to be biopsied in the future, but for now, he’ll continue to monitor them. I left feeling confident, reassured and well cared for, again something I haven’t felt with other dermatologists. I highly recommend Kentucky Skin Cancer Center for anyone seeking professional, attentive and patient focused care.
