I Walked into Dr Bowmans office and I was warmly greeted by a smile and pretty face. 1st time seeing this receptionist. Her warm caring voice just pulled me in. When time to check vitals. She took her time with me. I shared some things that were going on with my day. She seemed to shine in a resilience to respond. I asked her name, Ms. Cheryl Rambo, she responded, in a voice that simply made you imagine an angel. I left so positive, feeling like "i don't know who this woman is, but I wish she was my Friend, sister or Aunt!" . I got into a room. Dr. Bowman was so stylishly dressed to impress, that i couldn't help but to let her know it. She was her usual caring self, attentive and upbeat and let you know it with her eye contact and questions. She took her time with me. I didn't feel rushed at all. This is my usual experience with Dr. Bowman. If all Dr's. and Dr. Offices We're as warm and enjoyable as my experiences here, we'd all feel great about our Dr. Visits. Ty Dr. Bowman and your Team.

Dr. Bowman is always outstanding and a pleasure to be around. She knows how to talk to people and how to treat them. She never seems to have a bad day. People always say I'm smiling every time they see me, but when I go see my doctor, I leave with an even bigger smile. I appreciate her, and if she ever stopped accepting my insurance for some reason, I wouldn't change doctors, I would change insurance companies!

Dr.Bowman is very professional and also really down to earth.shes easy to talk to, and thorough .listens attentively,goes that extra mile to take the Best Care of Her patients. She's my top Doc.

There wasn't anything glaringly unsafe, but I definitely didn't feel safe. The trailer (ya, I said trailer) was run down, dusty, and offered no privacy. I was privy to every phone call, sensitive hippa protected conversations, and all of the loud gossip. The doctors nails were far over an inch long and painted a dark color. I saw no one wash hands between patients, or a sanitary place where they would have done so. The doctor asked all of the new patient questions, but did not address my reason for the visit at all. Simply said the problem would go away (it won't) and booked an appointment for 6 months out. No referrals, no follow up, just have a nice day. It really seemed to me that they were more interested in collecting my insurance on a scheduled basis than providing any care that I would need.

Great staff and Dr. Bowman has such a great personality. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to her.

The receptionist is so disrespectful and very unprofessional. So much so it's unnerving! I love my doctor, she's a very sweet lady. But I'd rather just find another doctor than deal with the unprofessionalism that's so unwelcoming when you come in to the office! She needs a course in hospitality asap!!!! Yes so recently I was dropped as a patient, due to the receptionist that has heavily impacted Dr. Bowman's rating. And from experience trust the 20 negative reviews about this receptionist that she insist on keeping, instead of patients are very true!!!? When someone shows you who they are trust it!!! TO DR.
